In terms of who to eat like- you probably think it’s boring but I prefer you eating like yourself… maybe your sister or mom could pick for you as a change-it-up thing if you really wanted but I like learning about how you listen to yourself with intuitive/mindful eating
The fruit is better in Europe because in North America we import a lot of fruit/veg and they pick them when they're unripe and they ripen in the truck during transit. The contrast is drastic versus cold parts of Canada where not as much grows
Great video Lucie!! I think Sanne Vloet and Romee Strij's what I eat in a day will be good ones to follow next time! Their dishes look quite appetising and nutritious
I prefer soy milk too, because of the protein and the taste. I just got some aseptic soy milk from Amazon. I'm sort of worried about it being aseptic. It seems like over processing. Should we avoid aseptic foods? It's done with radiation, right?
Pure genuine question… How are you a nutritionist but not a registered dietitian? Like what is the difference? Also I loved the video, I’ve just arrived to your channel and I appreciate your approach for eating patterns.
Thank you so much! The term nutritionist isn't regulated, so while I have a master's degree in nutrition others can call themselves nutritionists simply after following a two-hour course, so it's something to watch out for. Registered dietician on the other hand is a regulated term and they all have to go through specific studies and internships, so they are always highly educated in nutrition. Things work a little differently in France, but in my case, the main difference is that I wouldn't work in a hospital or prescribe drugs. Hope this helps!
Omg how old am I?! I had no clue who this Emma woman is. Had to google and still kind of don't understand why she is famous lol But I enjoyed this video. :)
Who's this Emma lady Lucie? Haven't a clue, probably English I'd imagine? Not the former Olympics lady is it? Or the England netball one? Think that's 'Helen' actually - Anyone else know? Any chance you could do a video where you review ancient diets? Like what people ate in Ancient Rome perhaps? Hope you have a brill weekend!
Aïe, aïe, aïe, this looks hard, why'd you put yourself through this Lucie haha? Coffee, eggs, things you don't like! Hope this video receives at least a million likes for your efforts!
@@Edukalebylucie Me too, don't like these at all, could write an entire book why I don't drink coffee, and when it comes to eggs, I run a mile whenever people cook them for omelettes, it makes the place reek (my personal opinion, I know people love their omelettes haha) Aïe, la vie de RUclipsuse, c'est dur, tellement dur, franchement Lucie, chapeau !
Lucie, if you want to do a few more videos like these, any chance you could do one that talks about Caroline Deisler? I came across a few videos of hers today and they look quite nice, definitely a lot healthier (and a lot more manageable) than this Emma lady's, vegan too - Hope you have a brill weekend!
I loved seeing the inside of the French grocery store- that was really fascinating.
Haha is it very different ?
Not too much from the USA, but smaller aisles and of course brands of food.
Thank you for not criticizing analyzing others and changing it to you!! So much healthier in terms of mindset

So glad you think so, thank you!

Thanks for sharing that!
This is true in a lot of European countries too though (Scandinavia).

Definitely noting that, thank you!!
I like this approach! I like Emma but I definitely worry that she does not eat enough.
Thank you! I think she had some food struggles but is working through them !
I think you should continue the way you choose to eat. Of coarse this is my opinion. I like your meals, and guidance!!!😊❤

Also, have you had pistachio milk? My obsession over the past few months. So good.

Haha t’as eu raison sa nourriture est chère 😂
7:30 Is it bad to eat bread as your main carb? Because I usually do...
It’s not bad, but if you can incorporate some more carb variety (pasta, rice, quinoa, bulgur, buckwheat, couscous…) it would be great !!
... and the beauty.
