I saw Seeker's and I think you both made out, but I have to wonder if Joe Schmoe would get a similar deal. The seller has to know who you guys are, and he's going to hook you up a bit. With my luck I'd get a bunch of war nickels I don't see a clear-cut winner, as there were nice coins - even some interesting stuff. Congrats on closing in on 100K - that would make a nice Christmas present. As always - you're always pleasant to listen to, and I always learn something.
It depends on how many war nickels you got.
I just got mine, I'd say the value is definately close to what both seeker and rob got, mine was pretty close to seekers with all the proof quarters I got

You should be ordering these grab bags anonymously to give an accurate representation of what the seller provides. Even if he didn’t recognize your RUclips channel name immediately, a simple Google search would have clued him in. The month-long delay could have been for legitimate reasons and/or he didn’t figure out your RUclips channel until he was prepping your order. Also, if he received your order and Silver Seeker’s order at the same time, he could have figured out you were doing a grab bag shootout with another RUclips channel.
It is likely and I agree about anonymity for true testing.

I have to admit, both you and Silver Seeker had great packages. Considering the slab's, I would have to give it to Silver Seeker and the 86 ASE.

Great pack!! I love the grab bag videos, they are so much fun! I have to say that the packs were pretty similar, but I love the slabbed quarters that Seeker got. I'm going to have to go with him for the win, just because of personal preference. Thanks so much for the video, I loved it!

It’s better then watching most of the stuff on the internet don’t get me wrong I love good old stupid entertainment. but it’s everywhere and this channel is fun to watch and I’ve actually learned about coins watching it tho I would love to see him do ancients tho.

Pretty even, maybe seekers. Especially if his bonus coin actually grades MS66. He got the slightly more desirable ASE first year. And a bunch of slabbed quarters instead of the silver proof set. For value about even for resale easability slight edge to seeker. But both great videos, thanks for being them to us!

Hey Brother! What great grab bags you and Seeker got! Those were some very nice coins, and both bags were very similar in contents. I would say Seeker won this round due to the first year Silver Eagle over your second year Eagle. Money wise, you have the edge over Seeker. Another fun video, but hey, I just love seeing silver!!!

Hey Rob both grab bags were pretty close and I think yours was better he got more state proofs that were graded and you had that silver proof set which I think made my mind up on your package being the winner

What’s the diff between a double die coin and one that has machine doubling? How can you tell? I heard you say one of your coins appears to have machine doubling.

I want to give this round to Seeker, based on that "FBL" Benny that Rob received, but to be honest, it was close. The funny part is that the Missouri coin went to Rob.

Just saw Silver Seeker video he got RFT, with the 1986 ASE!
That one quarter will soon live in a PCGS slab somewhere in the Rob collection!!!!
Both packs seemed to be really good.
Personally, I liked Rob's better only because I don't have much of a use for slabbed quarters. And as I have said before, the mystery bag videos are fun to watch, but for $150 I would rather buy a Morgan I need for my album.
I’m giving it to Seeker because of the extra slabbed quarters, and his ASE was a better date. However your silver proof set and 90% silver were great items.
Looks like you both got comparable packages. Silver Seeker got an error quarter as well, of about the same value. Agree that the error coin bumped up both your values and we can’t be sure everyone would get the same bonus for late shipping or that the seller didn’t figure out who you guys really were and gave you better packages as a result. But on the whole you both got excellent packages, worth somewhat more than what you paid, so the seller did right by you both-a rarity on eBay. Usually, grab bags are the junk collectors/dealers want to get rid of and know they could never sell well individually. They’ll cover up the junk by throwing you a bone of one decent/rare coin, but the rest is still junk that doesn’t realistically add up to what you paid.
9:06 I have a 1992 proof in my collection. It doesnt have as good of a finish, but it is the only proof i have. Hoping to get some more in my hunts!
