These live sessions are so different from the SSB recordings. Simply entrancing. So glad to have run across these. This is a very studied understatement. Really fantastic.

I really love this band. So underrated. I really like her voice. Rip Ben

This song brought me clarity in a time when it was fleeting. Truly a visionary tale.

Having discovered SVIIB in 2012 on the German/French TV station "ARTE", they will probably remain my all-time favorite band. Their songs are simple and complex at the same time - but what is the essential: They nearly all touch my heart very deeply. - Concerning this song: I find this live version even more pure and touching than the record on the album "Disconnect From Desire".

This is really so much better than the version on the record. Poetic. Mideast inflected.

Not much on melody is it? They're very attractive...so there's that.

Hello 11 years ago. I totally get what you are saying. But, to me sometimes it's about feeling, mood, etc. Not just musical prowess. One of my favorite songs (Coconut, Nilsson) has 1 chord total. I guess it's all Opinion (again)
