    Good morning,
I'm a retired Marine reservist, age 60 considering switching from my FEHB plan to TRICARE select. Now that I'm fully retired and on a fixed income, I'm weighing the cost saving benefits of TRICARE over FEHB. It appears TRICARE premiums are less than my FEHB plan under Blue Cross. If so I may make the switch, however comma, I need assurance that TRICARE coverage is at least comparable to my Blue Cross. Although I'm VA disability rated and can use the VA for my needs, my wife and dependent Son rely on me having a family plan. As we're into open season for both FEHB and TRICARE, any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
    Thanks and Semper Fidelis
    Ken

Did you switch to select? If so what is your opinion? I'm in the same boat. Retired Navy reservist/retired federal employee with FEHB BC/BS. Want to know how good Tricare select is
