@@JRLOC well said. Not sure why Melissa reduced it down to "vanity". The truth I have come to terms with recently is that my nostrils are unnecessarily wide (through no fault of my own) and with the opportunity to address this, I plan to go right ahead with it. thats just how it is. Call it vanity, pride, insecurity, it really doesnt matter at the end of the day lol.
