I didn't even know what was it until i researched it. I found the name is prana. I used to be able to feel it only during meditation but now i feel it whenever i focus on my inner self for 10-15 seconds. That pulsation almost like an heartbeat but the whole body. I just keep discovering amazing things since my awakening it's crazy. Only thing is it's almost impossible to talk about it to anyone, that's the hardest part. Thanks for the information.
So basically Vata people should be very reluctant with Prana increasing as they are already having so much qualities of the subtle prana. Vata people should be more emphasizing on handling their already high prana flow.

If one is inherently dominant in vata dosha do they need more prana? Although meditation and positive self talk and being in nature and the rest are all good, so it doesn't make me worse having more prana even though i already have a lot of air and ether
