- Your life force is the only valuable thing you have on Earth. You are not held accountable for how much you buy, but why you bought it. You are not held accountable for what you did, but why you did it. There are no secrets in the universe - in the energetic world. All is transparent. Everything is known. Every single choice you make and why you're doing it. So you can deny your motives, for example, even to yourselves. But it's a laugh because the truth is always known, which is why all the great teachers have always said the truth will set you free.
I deeply believe that your Light is your life force. It is the fuel that we direct into every choice we make. It is what we call energy until we are conscious enough of its power to realize that this Light within is, at its more evolved state, the essence of the Divine.

I feel our angels are never giving up on us, because they have compassion and they understand our wrong choices are often made from wounds we did not choose, that they are always there even when we have given up on ourselves and do not have the mercy available for us in our human form. If we choose to believe angels give up on us, we are giving up on ourselves.

I was never jealous of others and made shure not to manipulate anyone, but rather support if possible. But I put too much pressure on myself and instead of looking after my own life, gave away to much if my energy. Now I am exhausted, physically and psychologically, ME/CFS and Fibro knocks me out. Modern life with e-smog sucks the rest of my energy
Yes I relate and am now looking for a way to find a better balance.

I truly believe that we can decide, as long as we don't limit ourselves to the symbols we are using while we "picture" what we want. Those symbols (eg: a specific person, place, thing , or situation) as they are simply helping you to reach a frequency of excitement, which is a frequency that will attract something of a similar frequency to you. Now I may understand this, putting it in practice consistently is still a work in progress. The world outside of our "self" is a neutral, effectively meaningless land of Forms that we give our meaning to creating our unique experience of it .

I have read Carolyn's books for the last 20 years and dig her! Although I wonder why she talks about heaven when heaven is a religious concept. She's not the only one that does this of course...but it's starting to get..well sad. Religion, God, etc is political, but let's talk about heaven now. But...how can I know when I’m picking up others’ emotions, thoughts, when they maybe similar to mine & compounding my own, leading to this “bleeding of E?” Sometimes I think I’m picking up others joy, because it feels like it’s all one! I’m wondering how I’ve made it so far with the thoughts I’ve had over the past 10 years! Why would the Universe show this to me NOW?? To look into that State of Grace & Prayer of Protection? Or just to show me the big mess I’ve made?? (You are so right ...I’d doesn’t help to just pitch one’s tent & say, “I quit!” I didn’t know the extent of this till now!) I think you answered your own question as to why a particular woman had to make it known to people she barely knew that she attended an incest survivors support group. Your telling of that story made me think of you as a "get over it already" person.
I found the online sites of dissidents to be healing for me because they were meeting me where I was at as well as educating me. They also acknowledged how the situation affected them emotionally which was a powerful connection point. The individuals have died in the last few years. Maybe they finished up what they came here to do.
Sure the Life Force is invaluable. However, the most valuable thing we have is our own Soul, our Self, our True Spiritual Nature. The spark of the Divine is the most valuable thing we have whether on Earth or on the other side of the veil.

Yes he came to illustrate this very video. He showed us the path and the way to live by. He also came to stop the human sacrifice that was ubiquitous and still goes on in lesser amounts. She has soooo much wisdom and knowledge. But the whole section about intuitions that is hard to deal with is really quite harsh. We are humans and I know a number of very psychic people. And they do have intuitions about something bad happening. It's only human to have difficulty with this. Instead of warning us of the dangers of this.....please...how does one deal with THAT very difficult position to be in!!! There is a lot of harsh criticism in her voice. There has got to be a way to communicate these things with compassion!!!!!

Wow someone finally slapped these childhood trauma blamers in the face. I am so tired of people playing on and of emotional connection, friendships and relationships only to cry about their past. We all had it, it’s time to move on.

I disagree about the rape and trauma comments. Its definitely traumatic when rapped. Your nervous system is in flight fight freeze and if not that it will be fawn. To say its not the act thats traumatic is misleading. If you are not believed or belittled etc that adds to the trauma but its the act itself; thats the trauma.
Video games can be dangerous. But there's good ones too, like explorative games and maybe some minecraft building stuff version games, and such with just good plots. Parents should be very careful and strict about what games they let their children play, and why. For me, I'm doing much better without video games than when I used to play them like a heroin addict.

I disagree that there is the TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE, which was so jarring it's defined as TRAUMATIC AND there is the CONTINUATION of the traumatic experience with the responses from those stronger around us that is the SUM TOTAL of the TRAUMATIC experience. To say it's NOT the "monster jumping on your body" is to do exactly what she is saying is THE ACTUAL TRAUMA - the denial of the traumatic experience of a monster attacking your body... it's not one or the other - it's a CONTINUATION of the original experience that keeps one ONGOINGLY traumatized, invalidated, and isolated.
W rape analogy it OS ALSO the violation of FREE WILL and the expereince evidence that THAT CAN happen. Possibly again NOT JUST the validation ofnit afyer..its the experience ofnit being vile and violating free will also that IS trauma.. it doesnt have to stay.. bit ot CAN feel hyper aware OF PTSD...LIKE HEY THAT CAN HAPP3N? FREE WILL VIOLATED?? EEEGGGHH ots not JIST the need for validation..
