Hi everyone!!!! I am here for a positive comment Because of God's........first step which He made (not myself!) towards me to Show me His love while exposing me to my desperate need for Him who is "everything that I need to live well." Now, please do not doubt your words of faith to people who (may not) or do not know Jesus as their Savior. ((and)) trust that knowing God means knowing the Bible which only teaches us (all) of God, whereas any variances are not in fact of God.
OK, ok. There are people respectfully speaking now, that Believe as they have told me as to Teach me..............that "there is more from this same God but it's in another book." I want to tell you that one friend claims the book of Mormon is truth. I'll be brief this time, any ways as I get to tell you what's transpired. Another friend tries to convince me that their catholic Bible is Truth of God. Let me think. Yet two kind others: the Chinese Ying Yang belief is the revealed belief system. All of the people so kindly and keenly explained their these, their highest valeus to me, also....................One has said how Jesus' forgiveness along with Unitarianism has impressed the person.
Ah. One splendidly cordial friend: I do not need a book to tell me how to be good. If it works for you, fine. But, as he told me later, I don't want to hear about it." If it were not for the LIGHT of understanding of God's revealed LOVE.....................................................to me or anyone else ever, then I/others wouldn't be able to care about anything except our own desires at all! One thing God shows me is He's perfectly patient with me!!! I'm not always patient with others or God. I've been asking Him in faith and love and trust while they increase..................................for him to fix a friendship I had with another.......that's so far taken five years plus. Oh! How God just reminded me that in '02 while I was away from home. desperate and very lonesome for my parents, a loving woman said, "God will never give you more than you can handle." I was wise to tell her about a problem that I was having. God led me to her and she enjoyed helping. So, returning to the subject of patience.................................God's Holy Spirit has reassured me with his voice in my ears that I'm LOVED BY HIM, who IS Love. I'll stop there, everyone. Shall we ponder that? Obviously some wonder why people like myself write like this, whom live "differently" than God's servants, whom He designed us to be. It takes.............thinking and lots of living before...............a person can begin perceiving how they actually need to listen to what God talks about in the HOLY Bible. He calls it holy because it's apart from every other thing.......so since God is truth, and does not dish out a hint of darkness, when one says they know God and they DO, then they know God's LOVE firsthand............still,........why are...
there various belief religions with God as the center? Isn't God either full truth or not? Yes. "YOU WILL KNOW the truth and the truth will set you free." So when you are so especially strongly convinced that God can be known by a book besides His Holy Bible, then what caused the person to do this is not of God, obviously speaking...............if you take a look at what God says....................................................If any of you (not some) but any of you lack wisdom they should ask God who graciously gives it without finding fault in them. So if you are living in a way that says "I already am in the full truth and I can explain to you how according to what my religion tells me.........." you can safely be assured that God does not lie! I start with God and testify!!
Why? God commands it when the truth is needed and God does not split himself into two. The best way to explain this is to depend wholly (fully) on the Written Word. God speaks in NO way that "other people or events or writings" are Him. So why are prayers seeming to go unanswered for "ungodly" believing people who still focus on God as the center, using more than only the Holy Bible? Ok, it seems this way to us at times. It has seemed this way to myself. God's at work it is true. BUT there is still deception so since the devil can deceive in any way including religion,.................then that explains as with any topic why we hear our friends/others preach of God from outside the Actual Written Bible. It's still good to testify, second to the Bible. PLUS, I just remembered a friend who was a Mormon but later told me that "he got saved." One person once left a Hope church, due to being saved. Now we all may know that either something is or isn't. Do we care to stop and.......................................ponder how we if it is so, think it's good that "all beliefs lead to heaven?" For that.................................let me shift you to Lee Strobel's fine study book, Faith Under Fire which I still have. Remember when we proclaim for God and truly are, well, let god defend you when you need defense and as my radio told me today: "do not be concerned about your reputation" for that is not the concern. The man was not saying to be "careless" but those that walk or live how God lives ( and he is very good fair and real as I experience every moment!!!!!) recognize First....their indescribably deep need to stop and let God help them .....due to emptiness in life. Without God? To live not his way means that I'd always think for myself......but not caring that I'm a limited human........still, arrogance is serious with pride that causes all problems including ignoring God, others and the good and bad and Self. If I go ignore whatever is accurately said about the Maker of the Universe, whether there's a Bible before me or it's from another person, then I've erred and am experiencing inner lack of peace which I'm aware of. Mind us, peace? Does it originate from sources outside of us? Is this not interesting to hold your attention? That is my issue as it formerly was.......Thank you God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are to let God help us all, including others. This means to.............state whatever is to be said in a kind way, accurately as Jesus did, leaving the rest to God. Hard? Yes, it will be for some time. Growth. Time tells what is what but that doesn't guarantee the truth always is lived by................I can prove that from watching my own life. God's Word and Himself change the heart as the person's ready. God uses his servants in this while He does the actual changing. Yes, there are disorders within churches that claim Him. Some say there are deceptions. Those deceptions................................................................................................................................................................never can occur by obeying the Holy Word of God, the Holy Bible! Who is it even written for???? God claims He came to seek and save the lost. I was lost! Until eight, that is. Thanks God for opening up my mind to you!!! How you've been SO GOOD to me and all as I witness for the last 38 years. If I do not apply myself to anything, including God's way of Love, then I'm not willing to see what God is trying to show me. Why show someone? We have need. How so, you ask?
(When) I am so full of myself as I am at times, myself speaking, I am closing off what others say. I want us to know the truth of God's love so that for one thing, we are better off and able to be loving, not bitter. This needs understanding. It's not easy to stop and see a need for knowledge for improvement and I want to tell you this from myself. "It's not always easy." Then, are we over with? No. There's hope. There's a Chance to see what God is really offering you and me. I want to "call it down the line" or tell it how it is. Not sure this is true? Not all true? You may ask God in faith set on him. The Bible can also assure you what you want to know is true or false or why something is or is not, and many more things. Assured, not all questions. The biggest of any one's wonderings? Yes, as long as they are among: Why is there bad? Why do bad things happen to good people? Me? God wants us united "in" him which means to have our identify in His loving Way, Who he is. Many of us know he changes not.
Many of us are in the Church of Christ and many are members of for example, a Catholic church. I love it when any One person of such a church still knows God as Savior!!!!!!!!!! God has no fear for us to have; peace I'm saying (from obeying and knowing and understanding his way.) So, as we who are unfamiliar study or start a new life with God in it,.................................................................................we are always (able) to choose what single things or against them, or "sit on the fence" as one once told me........though I know/believe that life is not unlimited in length. We/ I neither know when we'll live our last day. Hmmm, I am motivated to ask my Friend God (yes he is personal) to help us all to be peaceful about this. Peace is God. Are in the place to see that for yourself? Perhaps you think it will be later. I encourage that as for as it goes with you, act on learning about God from trustworthy people/Bible as early as possible. I do not want to be hurried, I admit. I though, I am causing panic then I am inviting by this, others to hurry me to calm down. See?
So, lastly, when we know God well, as His Spirit teaches and guides us, along with others teaching us what they know of the Bible, and we're open to it..............Then, my friend, if I may call you that, then, we may happily find that trust in God does really, after all take care of us. With our part of trust exercised in the hardest times. (I remember hearing sadly of friends who said how God did not meet their great, great need, ending with their choice to quit trusting God.) One of these told me that they have become a bit of a pessimist and one has shown and told me of their "being on the edge of faith" continually warning me that they did (not) want to cause me to doubt God! Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, we may still care about another who in my case, loves God, even so. Wow, amazing and good to me. I want good from God, even for that person. Is this to you, worth having- wanting good things for others, period? Generally? You may consider as I turn later to your comments or questions, et cetera. Oh, thanks God. You are so kind in what you do. I'm more like a cracker at times because, You God, do not cease at your ability to say, keep Earth in orbit.
Does science explain enough about life and us, etc.? Let's have a discussion on just this. Comply? Thank you. Make today or tonight a most good one. Sure. I believe "in you."
God has used Toby's music to help me be a better Christian person, friend, parent, neighbor, citizen, etc.
Mr. Mac your music is life this is how you reach millions around the world . You have been placed in this position as a messenger for God at this time when people of all walks need it most. Bless you for listening and acting upon your calling
Jason..I hope you not implying that Toby has compromised or reduced the name of Christ. Honestly, I could not tell. TobyMac has been up front in Christian music explicitly proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. Watching him grow and mature as a Christian for the past 25 years without compromising his message has given me and my family such hope. Read that again...25 years! Thank you Toby for always being honest about your struggles and asking yourself "What if I Stumble...what if I fall..what if I loose my step and makes fools of us all"

Please people your comments are making me so angry. Please get it into your heads Toby is completely Christian, and his music and teachings reflects that. His music has hit such high levels, and that is through God's work not his own and especially NOT anything to do with the illuminati. Seriously why does everyone keep relating him to them just because there is an eye on the cover of his album. It is just an eye! You have two on your head. And the album and song is called Eye On It, what do you expect them to put on the cover?
Secondly just listen to his music and look up the lyrics. The lyrics glorify God but at the same time lead us to living a better life for him. The world is changing and worship music isn't going to bring the rest of the world to Christ. This type of music does. It has great beats and tunes, and makes you feel amazing when you listen to it. On top of that it has spectacular and very mature lyrics. Lets look at some of the songs off his latest album.
Me Without You. Clearly talking about how his life would be completely stuffed and fallen short without Christ. Steal My Show. He is saying that he wants God to use him and his influence to take over his life and to let others see God through him and what he is doing. For all of you saying his music isn't Christian enough, take a look at Forgiveness. It's talking about how we all need God's grace and forgiveness in our lives. What is this watered-down-christian business you keep going on about. 'Unstoppable' is reinforcing the message "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Phil 4:13). Lose Myself says he wants to die to his own ways to find God.
There are a million reasons why Toby Mac is for and with God. He is not just using Christ's name but his songs bring that name to life, and bring the message of the Gospel in a way that people of this day and age can relate to and understand. Get those horrible ideas out of your mind. There is a reason why Toby is the most famous and successful Christian artist out there. God has brought him this far.
Half of these people are trolls. They go on sites and post things to get a rise out of people. The other half have an idea in their head about how everyone should act as if God made them his prophet. They say they are judging his actions but they are really judging his heart. Even if God came down to earth right now these people would not listen.

People, if you don’t believe that Toby is not a Christian, think again. In the 90s, he started in a Christian rap group called DC Talk. They consisted of Kevin Max, Michael Tait, and Toby, which they are all Christians. The whole group’s songs talk about diversity, Jesus, what would make the world better, and probably from a Christian’s perspective. Look them up. Let’s soften our hearts towards Toby. I grew up listening to both Tobymac and DC Talk. I also met Toby FR over three years ago at his Tonight CD signing.
Toby is a straight up Christian Man that lives to serve our Lord and savior. His music touches many people.

I don't see how people who ARE Christians could say Toby isn't. You will know them by their fruits. The only fruits I have ever seen from Toby (since even Dc Talk) is that he is all about Christ. He shows Christ and He lives Him. You most likely are not a Christian if you think Toby isn't because you don't know who Christ is. Of course he's human and has his things he has worked on but he's also been honest about those. Nothing in any of his lyrics, since Dc TAlk also, have EVER been against God or Not edifying so seriously, just shutup when it comes to "calling him out" or whatever you think you're doing.

It is possible the bible could have been corrupted over all these years, but the feeling and power of God can remain uncorrupted forevermore. God's love is too awesome for corruption; his love is like a radio station being broadcasted through hope. We just have to tune in and listen. His guidance within our hearts will blow away any corruption of the bible and will show us its originality. He will allow us to understand his word as it should be understood. God bless.
I been kinda hatin on tmac lately. Sayin his music aint spiritual enuff, don't mention Jesus enuff, too commercial, sold out etc. Then I heard his testimony and went back & listened to "Alive & Transported" again. I was such a narrow minded, plank-eyed pharisee. Who was I to judge anyone? I defy any of da haters here or anywhere to listen 2 dat album n tell me (honestly) that tmac aint Christian enuff, (u hearin @brand new)

God is NOT a boring God. Jason Wieland for you to say that Toby Mac is anything other than an up and up ambassador of the gospel is ludicrous. when Christians judge other Christians it makes us all look bad. we are to #speaklife and nothing else. when you tear others down only lowers others opinion of you. be careful how you judge! there's only One true living God.
I love how folks like you always use the "judgement" card out of context. I would say go back and study just how we are indeed supposed to judge the actions of our brothers and sisters in Christ and keep them accountable.
That being said I don't think you are doing a very good job of discerning between passing judgement and simply having an opinion. God will judge Toby's heart, that is not my place. But my opinion on where he is as a cross over artist stands ; he has white washed the message and if I were a non believer hearing his current music for the first time it would sound just like any other secular pop song out there. He is now just pumping out songs and collecting a pay check in my "opinion".
Jason Wieland toby is reaching a lot of people through his music that you nor I could ever reach. planting a seed that God can water and cultivate. he's getting out of the "we gotta win them this way" box. I truly believe if you don't have anything nice to say, especially about someone who is your brother in Christ, which the bible also warns us about, then don't say anything at all. go home and pray for them. if you KNOW he's so wrong then you should be more concerned about him being deceived than blasting him on a public forum. remember, when you're pointing a finger you have three pointing back at yourself.

I don't know if that is the case personally with Toby. I hope he is a true follower. I can't judge his heart or his salvation.I can discern his actions and what comes from his mouth. I am curious as to what you perceived as to where he is white washing the Good News? All music is to me a basic play off of other artist down through history.Hip Hop You name it, to me is just all spin offs. Still if God has given you the ability to discern the truth tell us so we may understand it but pray on it before you do and let not your heart speak but the Spirit. Then back it up with the Word and share with us where it is written.

One thing for sure Ephesians 5:11 says we are to expose darkness and bring it into the light. I havent read any unbiblical lyrics of Toby Mac. I loved the fact he wrote the Jesus freak books about the persecuted church. I am personally into the Gospel Blues music and play harmonica myself. Which alot if critics call satans music. Its a shame that such talented artist such as the Glen Kaiser Blues Band are never played on the radio. To many people out there witch hunting. God will be the ultimate judge! But if we represent Jesus Christ we all must be accountable.

I don't think that's delusional in any way shape or form. I am who I am I have always been an anxious person. but I finally gave it all up to the Lord and no longer am I that same anxious person. it is something I have struggled with all my life . and no matter how hard I tried or changed my way of thinking I couldn't get passed it. and now after 38 years of being such an anxious person it's all gone. because I prayed and prayed and gave it all up to God. I know me I know how I have battled with it and I know how it was lifted from me. if you don't believe that is up to you your choice and no one will judge you for ur beliefs but the same should be for others who do believe in God and Jesus x

Way to let yourself off the hook Toby. When the name of Christ is constantly reduced to 'you' and 'him,' and artists look and act no different from their secular counterparts, then it is nothing more than nonreligious ear candy.
The Christian community needs more warriors. Changing the message of the gospel to fit the patterns of the world is harshly criticized in the Bible. Colossians 2:8 warns us to "beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ" (NKJV).
Yes I am judging the facts that there is a song where TobyMac talks about killing people with radiation and letting the enlightened ones who are servants of evil take over the world. Believe what you want ITs cool if all your friends were name cliff would you jump off them, and yes I do judge what I do not let into my life and my childrens life it is called protecting innocence go be a sheep.
