      @@lakshmireddy4993 Still it is not clear. Even in collision, if there is no change in mass, there must be change in velocity. As input water stream is giving energy to pelton wheel, it's velocity must change. We know that here mass of water is not changing and water is giving energy to pelton wheel then why the input and output velocities are same?

      It is the formula of power developed, P
      And rho*a*V1 = m ( mass flow rate of water)
