    Hi, very good explanation Sir, we appreciate. just a question as Francis turbine is an "Inward flow reaction turbine" should your triangles be mirrored ( inlet on top and outlet bottom) ?

    This is contradictory in upper triangle. V2=vf2=vf1 =vr2=vr1. But in right angle triangle.. Hypotaneous is never equal to side.? Explain

      by equating the initial nd final specific energy then putting the value to Vw2=0 u'll get ur eqn.
