I am an adult who attended a Montessori primary school. I truly believe that the Montessori education I received made me who I am today: An extremely creative and artistic person who is a critical thinker and a problem solver. Thank you, Ms. Maria Montessori! Rest in peace. You did the work while on Earth. Eternally grateful.
She‘s my absolute Hero now more than ever. In these rough times of isolation school becomes harder than ever. The pressure has always been immense, but combined its almost unbearable. It’s heartbreaking to see that learning, the thing that should come natural to all children makes them depressed and lose faith in life. It’s nice to remember someone that believed in the freedom and creativity of a child’s mind.
Che grande donna! Che grande pioniera che ancora molti stentano a comprendere e di cui tantissimi ancora ignorano o non conoscono lo splendido efficacissimo metodo (se non fosse così, il nostro paese non starebbe fra gli ultimi e meno progrediti d'Europa).
마리아몬테소리 제가 존경하는 교육자입니다 그래서 오래전 유럽여행하며 이탈리아에서 수많은 거장들의 작품을 보며 아름답고 독창적인 몬테소리교구 디자인이 나올수 있었던 저력을 느낄수 있어 감사드렸어요. 한국에서 사립유치원을 하신 부모님께서 몬테소리교구를 구입하셔서 수업을 하셨는데 두분도 이탈리아를 방문하셔서 정말 아름답고 멋진 나라라고 하시며 몬테소리교구로 수업을 받는 유치원생들이 흔하지 않던 시절 비싼 교구를 구입해 교육한 보람이 있다고 기뻐하셨어요. 사립유치원 제 일회 졸업생인 여동생이 이탈리아 로마로 유학을 가서 얼마나 기쁜지 몰라요 덕분에 여행중 명소들도 보고 가족과 잠시 즐거운 시간을 갖게되어 미술대학 졸업인 내게 많은 영감의 원천이 되었어요. 그래서 즐겁고 감사드려요. 서울음대와 이탈리아 산타체칠리아 음악원에서 공부함뒤 한국에서 그 분야 교수로 활동하고 있어 여동생에게 마리아 몬테소리여사의 멋진 교육법의 혜땍이 주어진것 같아 기뻐요.
Why did she gave her OWN child away??? The response begins with OWN childs. NOT with the children of other people. This woman isn't believable to me; I think, she only was ambitious. Not my kind!
