Billy has been my guilty pleasure Agent to play for sure. My Discs are nothing special and I have no Mindscapes (on this account), but when you’re locked in Billy is just satisfying to play. There are a lot of times where I’m just getting beat up left and right if my dodge timing isn’t great while trying to maintain Crouching Shot. Personally, I’m looking forward to trying Billy out with Caesar. We’ll see how that team goes very soon!
holy moley. i never realizes there's so much nuance to playing billy. i didn't know u can mix the dodge-attack and rolling shot and no-move dodge attack like that. i have to replay several times to see what is actually going on, and even now i'm still unsure kinda interested to try him out more now. ty for the vid!
My brother said Billy is useless and cheap nothingness. But I wanted to prove him wrong and learn how to master Billy. Thank you for this guide video. I'll be sure to practice more.
someone took Billy to floor 100 on battle tower with Billy solo, he maybe outclassed by all the newer release and S rank characters, but he still has his own niche and he is fun to play

Billy is not really on field damage dealer. billy really want stunner in the team because his biggest damage is from chain and ult Stun -> chain -> support def down -> switch to billy -> enter crouch -> ult or skill while crouching I cleared most of the content with Qingyi billy combo nowadays lol
also good to note: only his basic attack/dash are affected by damage fall off. Special, Chain, and ult always deal full damage so long as the target is in range. I haven’t tested dodge counter though with a range enemy
Great video! I love Billy's playstyle but I wish there was a way to turn off the blur effect and camera shake whatever he starts shooting in crouching shot, It makes me dizzy after a few minutes.
since you mentioned that billy being an on-field type of character, what team do you suggest in fulfilling that role as best as possible? i saw you using ben and lucy, but billy doesn't get the bonus ult damage, isn't that a problem? - the bangboo in question, too would love to hear your thoughts
Toughest part at the moment is that there is no Physical Support to pair with for the Additional Ability. Nicole is totally fine, but she's better for setting up Billy's Ult & EX Special burst. For ease of use, Lucy can provide a 15s Atk buff. So Lucy + Nicole is a good team to really just let Billy stay on-field to do his thing. I honestly think Soukaku would be fun to try since her Atk buff last very long, but her set-up is a bit messy without a Stunner. I'm going to try Billy + Caesar + Lucy in the future. Caesar will the first non-pure damage focused Physical unit and it seems like Defense Agents are going to provide support effects in various forms.
I want to build this dude since I got him M6 but I've already got Corin (also M6) as my highest investment attacker and it feels like a waste when I could still be getting other units up to speed or preparing for 1.2 characters I want.
