UPDATE: 1:03 Harumasa's Special Attack i-frames have been adjusted. He's still invulnerable in the air, but he can now be damaged on the ground. Harumasa is a very satisfying character when you get those stun combos down, but I really enjoyed playing him on-field with Anomalies active. I was having trouble figuring out what to do with that playstyle, but spamming Falling Feather really made it a lot more engaging since I could stack up on Electro Prison marks from a distance. Turns out playing more like a true archer was the key to getting back to more slashing and dashing.
I would only recommend it with Anomalies active. With the Additional Ability, you not only get extra damage but any Falling Feather applies Electro Prison marks which allows Harumasa to get his melee Slashes. If the foe doesn't have an Anomaly, the only way to get more quivers is EX Special or the 5th Basic which takes way too long to reach plus dodging resets the basic attack chain.
I never even THOUGHT to have spammed Falling Feather during Anomalies active window! Cannot wait! I am a M1 owner so it's been wildly fun slashing. My standard banner selector is coming up... I have m1 Rina and I do not own any premium stunners (only have Anby and Koleda): - Would you suggest Grace or Lycaon? - Lycaon definitely has some synergy w/ Rina but then Harumasa is tied to Rina for faction buff activation for Lycaon... lycaon would also add value to my Miyabi - Grace however would let me play more with double DPS (plus i own caeser so I can use her if needed)... Grace + Rina is also a backbone to a lot Disorder comps like w/ Burnice, piper, miyabi (i do not own Yanagi) May i have your opinion on who to select while considering account value?
I'd probably go with Grace if you enjoy any kind of Anomaly/Disorder playstyles. More Anomaly elements means more team options for Disorder. Lycaon is great to fill in the Ice team's Additional Ability conditions plus it's nice that Miyabi can work with him as a stunner. If you have Ellen and Miyabi then he would be a nice pick, but you can definitely make them work with other agents.
Thanks so much for such an in depth guide in Harumasa. Out of all the guides I watched, i think youra is the best! Haru is my favorite so I’ve been trying to get the most out of him.
I think you make the best gameplay guides for ZZZ. You take these complex kits and break them down into plain English with also a lot of small tips and tricks which other CCs miss. I actually noticed I was already subscribed to you since back when I played FE Heroes. Hoping you continue making guides for ZZZ and hope your video and channel gain more traction since you deserve it!
Thanks for the guide! I'm going to give him a shot because his playstyle is snappy, but I'm pretty unga bunga so we'll see how far I get, lol. Thanks for mentioning how he works with Miyabi, I was curious if they had any synergy since I don't have Yanagi. I really prefer your style of guide over the hyper energetic, sometimes crass videos. Much appreciated!
I went through your older vids and learnt a lot! It's a shame you dont have enough views yet cos ngl i felt like you are like the Zajef of ZZZ. Actually explain the kit with proper visuals and how to combo with units.
His EX attack is an Iframe, and is like a backflip dodge/counter shot. Hopefully they dont try to patch that because its perfect for jumping out of close range when dash attack duration ends, and also to dodge an attack. Also anybody else notice that he is kinda like that Ethereal that he is depicted as - the one who teleports around the stage and shoots a single arrow, but sometimes dashes in on you for cloese up assault?
The anomaly tech looks like so much fun. I'm a returning player and trying him out with Piper/Seth. But I can't get the timing right to do multiple charge shots. I'm on controller too and it just immediately goes into a dash if the enemy is marked. Without quivers it feels like i can do multiple shots just fine, but if i have even one mark it'll immediately go into a dash. Do you have any tips on the timing?
It was after I figured out the Dodge Counter could be held so you do Falling Feather immediately. I realized that was the key and then just messed around until I found that you could indeed chain the charged shot version. I really felt like something was missing until I got those 2 mechanics down.
Ooh yes, someone running harumasa with seth + piper too! I've been playing this comp mostly bc i love seth but also bc i dont like the stun variant. I wanna know your opinion: (and TheSacredSpear's) do you think the seth + piper/anomaly agent team is better than the stun teams (qingyi/anby)?
@@Sora_Abyss I love seth too! I'm a returning player just getting into endgame so I dont have a strong opinion. From what I've been seeing and researching, the anomaly team is probably just harder while stun is more straighforward. For me anomaly feels more fun! (and i love his charge blade animations)

Should you play harumasa on field when the enemy's not stun?

@@TheSacredSpear thanks for your insight. It truly a battle between wanting more Disorder comp options versus beefing up miyabi

the most technical guide for harumasa out there! Great work on this one!
Criminally underrated guide video, great work and subbed

Clean guide everyone else is just talking our heads off ...good to follow the button layout display
Great guide! Thanks and Happy Holidays ❄️
Great vid! I'm definitely going to practice that quick shot tech for back to back falling feathers.
Thanks, this was the best guy on him, I learned a lot and I am ready to use the new techs
This guy is awesome, amazing video

13:13 it’s killin’ me man😂
As a new player this guide made me go from being afraid to play harumasa to him being my favorite dps even over miyabi 👍
While harumasa might not be the strongest agent, he's really fun. Pulled m2 for him and I dont regret it.
How many pulls did it take for you to get him to m2?
@BigJJ942 too many :(
Same. I'm also 30 pulls away from m2 hunting for that last Lucy copy.
Literally no character will ever suck in ZZZ because of player input tbh
Oh god my memory...
Gonna be a while before I remember these rotations. Aiming to get Qingyi this rerun

all limited characters ex attack have i believed
18:00 Deadly Assault vs the Dead End Butcher? How is this possible?
