I tried before. It works. But the next time I tried to pull blower wheel it kinda stuck. Already remove its screw btw. Nice video man btw! I learnt from this video
Thanks for the tips. However not all Ac’s blower will be easily removed like what you did. They will normally be connected with the motor which you should first un screw it and remove the bearings which might take you longer time.
Wow , we just don’t realize how dirty these things get and the air we breath go’s through this ., Mold is so bad for us to breath in . We have portable A/C I clean it on a regular basis .. Thanks for sharing your knowledge on how to do this ..👌
Thanks for the video. I had problem in r removing the wheel after all the steps.now i know i need to unscrew one locking screw in the right-hand side of the blower.thanks again sir.
Looks easy but tough still. I have different aircon brands so the removal methods would vary. I say youtube videos where they use an AirCon Wash Bag with Jet Sprays all without dismantling. Seems this method is easier. However nothing beats a totally dismantle and wash. TQ for this tutorial.
I'm so tempted to open up the unit and wash the blower wheel but I'm so scared I'd mess up somewhere and can't undo or fix it. But thanks so much for sharing this video. One of these days, I'm going to sum up the courage to do it.
Great sharing it’s amazing how filters can get so dirty but Mold is really bad to breathe in So needs lots of regular maintenance enjoy your weekend 😎🌺👍
Nice one mate, got the same unit. Helped heaps to clean it. So yeah thanks for making the video mate. Oh yeah, and my wife says thank you too! Happy wife, happy life! 👍👍
Thank you for the video bro.. easy to do, until I arrive at the wiring/hose removal part which are not shown in the video. But i still manage to clean the blower.
Wow. This is the information I really wanted to know. Thank you so much. I need to try cleaning the air conditioner. Thank you for sharing your valuable information. have a great time.
Bonjour VINS & ANNETTE Excellent cet appareil d'air conditionné , avec les étés chauds maintenant, c'est indispensable ! Je vous souhaite un merveilleux weekend et toutes mes amitiés Monia
If you watch the HydroKleen demonstration on cleaning an Air conditioner in situ - they can clean the whole head unit back to as new in about 3 or 4 minutes without having to take anything apart other than the covers - it saves breaking anything and cleans the whole head unit !! They invented the wet wash system ....
It’s normal if you don’t clean for a long time. I normally clean 4 months once or if there is need clean asap , example: if the blower is not blowing strong wind or water leaking.
My aircon is Haier. It didn't have a hole with the screw on the right side like in your video. I only manage to open the blower wheel at the left side. Stuck at the right side. Do you have any idea? Thank you also for your informative video 👍
Tip: First, remove cover. Then clean the coils with hot water and dish soap or other cleaning agent suitable for the coils. Then take it apart. Use water with a lot of dish soap in and spray the fan, drip tray and vanes. Then use a pressure washer with warm water and spray it clean. If needed, use more dish soap blend again and then spray more. Clean the inside with dish soap water while the parts are drying so they do not drip. Then remount everything. Let it run on full heat for half an hour-one hour or let it run on full fan speed (no heat or cooling) for several hours so everything really dries up. Then use a coil cleaner that is not in need for rinsing. Use cleaner and then use to cool again, and the cleaner will then be rinsed by the condensation. Then... the magic trick! Make sure that the unit runs without cooling for at least two hours/24 hours and always before turning it off. You can use week schedule, a thing almost all units have since several years back. I have now: * All days * Auto fan speed * Cooling * On 02:00 (at night) at maximum temperature (in my case, 31 degree C) * On 04:00 (at night) and 22 degree C (since i like that temperature) What will happen then is: At 02:00 the unit will go to 31, but, since it is in cooling mode, it will NOT start heating but instead stop cooling to wait for the temperature to reach 31 degree. During that time, the fan will blow air and thus dry out the unit. Then at 04:00, after two hours, it will try to reach 22 degree and thus start cooling again if necessary. That means that you will let it dry up every night and this means it is harder for the mold to form. If you can, let it dry for three hours, especially if you live in a damp environment, to be extra sure. Then, when you use it just shorter periods of the day, just do it manually: After cooling, go to fan (or rise temperature to max) and wait 1-2 hours (preferably 2 or more) before turning off. And if you need it running for longer period, just activate the schedule.
Thank you s much and because I’m hands on I’ll try this myself as I clean my vacume cylinder out once a fortnight as well have dogs and dogs hair smells 😊
Firat off thanks alot! other thing is, i dont have the blower inner screw...wtf do i need to do? I tried un screwing every screw that i could but still its seems to be stuck with some part behinde the electric things lol..any suggestions?
Yep once a year everyone should clean the inside and outside coils/fins and blower fan. First spray with dish soap and water from a spray bottle then rinse with water. Then after spray with vinegar, (cleaning grade vinegar or just plan white vinegar) on all moldy parts as vinegar kills mold and mildew and is safe to breath, and doesn't corrode like bleach or any other powerful chemical. Then rinse with water.
Can you show How to open blower on Carrier Split Ac (Esko 3i). After removing the top panel, I can't find the screws to lift the coil and extract the blower
U still can clean blower wheel as where it at with the karcher battery water compressor dont try to lift coil if u not sure leaking gas can be very dangerous.
This is probably the most useful video on air conditioner cleaning on RUclips

Thanks for the tips. However not all Ac’s blower will be easily removed like what you did. They will normally be connected with the motor which you should first un screw it and remove the bearings which might take you longer time.
This is a great tutorial. I didn't realize that Mold can get stuck in the aircon. I think it's time to have it cleaned.

What can fix a noisy-sounding indoor air-con caused by a broken fan roller tube blade inside which I have for my 11 year old Daikin Air-Con?

Good friend tutorial on how to repair and clean the air conditioner. 30👍👀 🙆 Regards!!
Tip:
First, remove cover.
I have now:
* All days
* Auto fan speed
* Cooling
* On 02:00 (at night) at maximum temperature (in my case, 31 degree C)
* On 04:00 (at night) and 22 degree C (since i like that temperature)
What will happen then is:
At 02:00 the unit will go to 31, but, since it is in cooling mode, it will NOT start heating but instead stop cooling to wait for the temperature to reach 31 degree.
This is a solution for units without an option to run the fan only. Thank you for your simple and effective advice.
And also how did you pull out the aircon tray at 2:02? Because in the video you are already showing that it comes off.
Thank you s much and because I’m hands on I’ll try this myself as I clean my vacume cylinder out once a fortnight as well have dogs and dogs hair smells 😊
You are so handy! It looks so hard to do!

yaaaikkks, so never depend on the filters, you need to have a regular schedule to clean up everything behind the filters 😊👍👍👍
