That's not amazing bro..they are fooling you by doing this. They will charge you for refilling gas, they will give you an excuse saying that we unplug indoor n now gas 200 gram gas has to refilled. N charge you 600 for ac service and 500 for gas. I serviced my ac from lg technician n they have never done this.

Great job! What you don’t see is reclaiming all the refrigerant to remove unit and then flushing lines with nitrogen,vacuuming system down and weighing in new refrigerant this is a thorough cleaning job but also time consuming and costly

Looks like the AC is at least 25 years old, judging by the discolouration. At that point it's just better to get a new one as technology has gotten much more efficient over the years and decades.
True, the labour costs here in Sydney would out weigh the cost of that job..That would be at least a $400-500 job,, I didn’t take note of what size unit it was but for example, a 2.5Kw Fujitsu comes to around the $700-800 mark,,(+ installation) Granted it’s twice the price but you end up with a new unit with 5 year warranty.. Another thing to consider, being that the unit appears to have some age in it, the plastic bits are usually brittle and break when they are disassembled and reassembled..

Hi Raj u Hv done a hard work. For the service what u Hv done how much will u charge a customer to pay... If u start this kind of service at 9am U vl complete by 3pm (includes lunch). So I suggest do the same kind of job in smart way n finish it up in 1hr. N take half the amount u charge. If u want to know comment to me.
In any coil or any condenser coil we should not use caustic soda or any chemical things on cooling coils because copper pipe gets weak and from there copper pipe lift chemical has not remove properly from cooling coil at washing time so it can damage your copper pipe also we have done experience that why we are saying to you

About the bearing (bushing) wheel...I noticed you lubricated, right? does the black bushing should touch the Blower Wheel when inserted in its place, or should there is some space between the blower wheel blower and the black bushing? I kind of noticed, your wheel blower bushing is not attached to the wheel blower, saw some space between, but not sure if it happened after you dismantled.
