Yes ..and they are ready to bear this loss ..infact many projects didn't renue because this news is in market now that HCL is allocating freshers in project
hello sir, if you are reading this please reply.I have 3 years experience in tcs as l2 support,,you can imagine i would have zero knowldge from that work as literally ther was no work,Due to personal problems i remained in that company but resigned this year. Now not getting any job.I have self learned python, django, sql, html, css, bash regularly doing hackkerank and leetcode.Could you please refer me anywhere
do you really think that after having a communication with HR that are going to give us right information.. I mean I have been in IT industry for 8 years now ..I didn't find a single HR so far who has not faked about opportunity or hide client details because there were no client fixed clients at all while hiring
Instead of making videos focused on fear-inducing news like this, it would be more helpful to create content about how IT companies operate, especially how they acquire business from clients. And recent business deals of various IT companies. Videos like this about layoffs only increase employees' anxiety and make them feel even more insecure about their jobs and future.
Anyone from tech background don't care on how company acquire clients. It doesn't matter. Also in this video the bad practices of companies is been said. Instead of layoff and pay them (1to 2 months of salary) thay ask for forced resignation.
Sad to hear these things have also started to become a norm in IT industry.
I'm working in hcl once a time hcl is considered as a good company to work with but now its not any more
