    Even tho I don't like the shit they "WERE" pulling (not the pilots) with the A-6 and not giving a shit about ground cover. These guys have "ALWAYS" been my #1 favorite !!!!!!! The very few times they were in S.F. fleet week they put the blue angles to shame !!!!!!! The sound of there birds flying over you is gratifying to the bone !!!!!!! P.S. Thank you "Republican"Senator John McCann for saving the A-10 and upgrading there systems to continue kicking ass taking and saving life's !!!!!!!

    BTW, don't believe the hype. The F-16XL hasn't been totally shelved; cranked-arrow variants have been studied even very recently. They make excellent Wild Weasel platforms. We're just waiting with these cards in the hole to bust out when Iran or China decides to get frisky.
