Nice sustain, and setup on guitar is very well done. This Squire sounds amaizing. Already ordered these pickups from the link that you provided. Thanks!

I just put the same pickups in my strat and oh boy I love them, 33€ for the kit, 11€ for each pickup, and it sounds ridiculously good for the price!!!

Even after shielding, I get a lot of hum on bridge and neck position!

traditional single coils will always have noise no matter what. you only get cancelling if blended with another single coil. (also why humbuckers are called humbuckers) because they phase out/cancel the noise

Shielding does not help with hum. It helps with radio frequency interference and I think some other noise sources, but 50/60 Hz hum goes right through it.

@AnthonyPrechtl I agree, imo shielding is not really an accurate word as the pickups stick up out of the "shielded" area therefore making farraday's law irrelevant, however when the lined by copper/aluminium tape/painted areas underneath the pickguard are grounded properly its more of a capture and ground emi (electromagnetic interference) from external devices all around us today but the electromagnetic field the pickups make still attract the interferences and the most important area if the coils electromagnetic field is the top area that sticks out of the pickguard or if using a mounted to body pickup configuration same goes, it's the relationship between the strings and the electromagnetic field of the coils that matters the most, this is why I prefer amongst other reasons, anico II magnetic rods.
Anyway I digress, so shielding ain't really shielding as much as it is like a dish that is made up of conductive material that will in theory act like a satellite dish but and will work better at capturing emi (more of an issue in cities and areas with high amounts of electromagnetic interference from whatever there are so many devices and industrial machines, domestic appliances that affect the levels of interference.
The only way to apply farradays law would be to line a room completely like a Faraday cage then all you'd be dealing with would be the devices you have within the cage.
It's a bit of a con especially the shielding paint. And you have to pay more for that in a brand guitar even though they know its just pointless.
Plus you have the shielding in ts cable 1/4" Jack's, the length of the cable is irrelevant if at home, on stage a different story, longer cable worse it is,
Another point is most believe the stronger the magnet the better, stronger the magnet the greater the ohms resistance= better also bull, so yeah more is better? not necessarily!
Marketing however is very real and that's the crap people need to be aware of. Like seymour duncan pickups- made from the same materials but 3x the price isn't that just dandy...
Tonerider are good pickups and this thing about scatterwound- mythbuster mode again- if it's not been wound by a machine that is accurate down to a thousanth of an inch in perfect uniformity in each single Lane of each single wind- then its scatterwound, and hand wound you cannot get a pickups winds perfect its hard enough with said machine, so every single pickup wound ever 90% are scatterwound anyway.
Scatterwound is a fancy term for sloppy.

The only way to buck the hum of a pickup single or humbucker (without the nonsense of "shielding") completely is to manipulate polarity or improve the effectiveness of grounding within, outwih the guitar and in-between then beyond the amp, min pcbs are quite effective some have circuits within the circuit that add more effectiveness towards proper grounding,

Did not buy the set, but I just put one of these HO RW/RP ceramics in my HSS in the middle, and the ceramic staggered pole vintage tone in the neck position (not sure if that's 'recommended' or not, but just wanted variety of tone and versatility; and to try them out). After playing with pickup heights a bit, I'm really happy with these pickups for this price range.
