- Hi guys!!! Bisctec encebollado is a traditional Puerto Rican beef stew that’s pure comfort food. This cube steak and onion recipe is sure to delight your family.
Ingredients:
• Cube steak
• Olive oil
• Sazon seasoning (with culantro y achote)
• Adobo- All purpose seasoning
• Vinegar whatever type you have is fine
• onion, peeled and sliced into rings
• Garlic cloves
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Black pepper
• Salt

En Cuba esa forma de cocinar el bistec,le decimos bistec en cazuela y cortamos los plátanos maduras de la última forma que lo hiciste. Ah y le ponemos naranja agria en vez de vinagre. El bistec también lo hacemos frito en la sartén.Es delicioso bde cualquier manera. Gracias
