As we know many PR foods come from west Africa. This dish originated from the Nigerian dish called Suya. Which was prepared traditionally by the Hausa ethnic group and kingdom primarily with lamb, beef and sometimes chicken sliced very thinly and garnished with onions and other veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes… no pork meats as the Hausa do not eat pork. Wepa!!🤞🏾
Y’all NEED to try this. I don’t like onions so I used some onion powder and used red bell peppers for veggies. If you follow the recipe you’re gonna have tender meat
