This is how I have built all of the arrows that I build, and have had little to no failure at all. Open to comments and criticism.

You can try AAE Max Impact for the inserts. It cures in minutes and there is no way the insert is coming out on its own. That type of glue is what Victory recommends for their inserts for the RIP TKO.
