- Still Works and Brewing is showing how to make Strawberry moonshine.
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 cups strawberry
1 Qt. shine
add water, sugar, lemon juice, to pot and heat to simmer then cool add shine
add strawberry's to jar add shine to jar
infuse 1 -2 weeks filter out berry - Хобби
That reminds me of a sweet drink my late-ex-mother-in-law used to call "country brandy." She would put strawberry, peaches, and plums in it and let it age for months. To be honest, it looked better than it tasted, muddy and unfiltered, kinda like her daughter.
Amazon has a canned strawberry/rhubarb sauce.

just did a strswberry lemonade shine. post flavored. basic yellow corn mash. so good in the summer time served cold.

Send me your mailing info Randy and I'll send you some rhubarb I got a rhubarb in my backyard that I couldn't kill if I poured 10 gallons of fuel on it LOL in previous years it's been ran over by lawn mowers it's been weed wacker. This poor thing has been to Vietnam and back then it's still produces the most beautiful rhubarb stalks you ever seen every year

Do u make ur own shine? I would like to but I do not have a distiller. Is there a simple way to make it I am just a beginner.

i make my own but you could use bought or vodka
I just made this but I used ever clear. I'm bout to get LIT. Should I let these sit out, or in the fridge for a week?

Hey no worries my brother! I appreciate you taking a liking to my idea and I’m sorry they had no rhubarb in your state. I’m Oregon we have some around still
If I didn’t have 20 gal. Of blackberry wine brewing up in my fermenter I would try one myself. I’m excited about this blackberry liquor though. I need help though. After I still out the wine into my brandy can I or rather should I add some some of the wine back into my final blend or just blackberry juice or both . I do know that After my heads runs off I’m gonna recharge the thump with actual blackberries and juice mixed into the wine mash that’s gonna start off in there for more flavor but after is what I can’t find info on. I don’t want to just macerate berries in white hot liquor
