    Please upload this type exercise routine videos for pain relief and i searched for knee, calf muscle, foot pain relief exercise from your channel for my mom and I didn't find this type video. I am doing neck and shoulder pain relief exercise that was really helped to relieve long-term pain and that is yours channel old video, same as this type of video.

    I have Rosen shoulder, but these exercises helped a little not that I’m not doing exercises for for it through therapy, but it did help. Thank you.

    For 2 months I have pain left lat after doing single pulldown. It gets better for 1 week and the moment I train I'm back to where I started, doctor doesn't know what's wrong

    My muscle is cramped on one side and when some stretches feel good, it immediately starts to hurt when I stop 😅. Ugh.

      Update: So, After a massage, some rest with a heat pad, a hot shower, 10 hours of being cautious with movement and avoiding deep breaths (since they triggered the pain), the cramp finally went away. I’m pretty sure it was intercostal because the pain extended to my sternum. Regardless, I’m so happy I came across your video-muscle awareness is such an overlooked skill! I wish I knew way more about it. 😊
