I just knew for sure Titan would be # 1 for prime ride time, but I totally forgot about how long of a ride Runaway Mine Train gives. It may be slow, but it is still fun, one that I have to ride every visit.

I can't believe Titan's ride time is longer than Giant's. I guess I've never timed them both. To me, Titan always feels like it's over so quickly; and so little has happened.
Agreed. You spend so much time in either an upward or downward helix that it feels like nothing really happened. Well,.to be fair, it does give you a nice tour of a junkyard.
Shockwave's stats might not jump off the page but I speak from experience saying it's easily the best ride in the park (at least for me.) SFOT is my home park, and Shockwave just has a perfect combination of factors that make it great to ride every time I go. The double loop is followed by a back half full of ejector air time that, despite RMC's rep for air time, blows NTG away. It's also very easy to marathon, since it's location at the back of the park means it typically has shorter lines. What an amazing coaster Shockwave is!
If I am not totally wrong, Shockwave should be the very first coaster ever to be designed using the "heartline" principle. So it's not just still a great ride after so many years but also of historic significance.
A send half packed full of airtime means there's two and a half moments of airtime.

Ah yes my home park! Being able to say Titan is beating most everyone here doesn't surprise me at all. She is beating everyone from this park that's for sure! She's still my 13th favorite coaster! ^^

I’ve been on the Titan probably 500 times in my lifetime, and yes that break run in the middle is terrible - feels like the lap bar is going into your ribs if you don’t stop your body from lurching forward lol
Well, to be fair it also has no airtime. So it's got that going for it.

The trend for SFOT is short coasters that do pack a punch like shockwave or mr freeze reverse blast, that being said tho I hope we get a new coaster soon with a longer layout maybe like a B&M giga
I thought for sure that Titan would be #1. When it listed #2, I’m racking my brain as to which coaster I missed. It shocked me that it was Runaway Mine Train but then I thought about it and it does make sense.
Their Mr. Freeze felt way more intense than the one at SFSTL

I really like how Six Flags Over Texas has a mix of family and thrill rides. My ranking for the park's coasters would be:
11. Judge Roy Scream (Great location, but the ride itself wastes most of its potential)

Home park represent! I know we're not a top tier park by any means when it comed to our coasters, but we have good variety I feel.
We should be a top tier park. This park serves a metroplex of over 7.5 million people. Only three larger markets in the country, yet there are literally 20+ better parks. We should be ridiculing them instead of rewarding their bad behavior with praise.

Would definitely be longer videos but you should compare the six flags or cedar fair Intamins or b&Ms by the numbers.
My home park as well. Honestly it’s got some of the best coasters. New Texas Giant is a bit weird. I have been on days where the mid corse break run either does not engaged or barely does and you fly thought the second half, other times where it feels like Titans break run and you crawl. Also the fire effects only go off every 3-4 trains for some reason.
Shockwave is a hidden gem. Honestly still a top coaster to this day and almost has no wait. This park is also home to some of the rarest credits in Mr. Freeze and La Vibora.
It’s a good park to call home. I would love to see it get a great floorless, dive coaster maybe with a water effect like Shikra has, or flying coaster. I think they would really beef up the lineup.

I loved this park. It's rides were better than Fiesta in my opinion. But Fiesta was prettier and a nicer park. I liked the original/old section of Over Texas though with the stream and stuff. Some signs talking about the land pre-Six Flags days. It's a smoking section so doubt many people see it. I was sad I didn't get to ride the worlds first log flume when I was there though. December, so was closed.

This is my home park, but after visiting Kings Island the last two days, I realized how bad it is :(
My Rankings (6th best park in the chain imo they have 14 coasters but I'd argue seaworld Orlando has a better lineup with just 7 coasters also the operations are on par with Worlds of fun or Michigan's Adventure)

3 Titan (this is way better than goliath for me even though most people rank these one spot away in their rankings)

My hometown park . Went last Friday the 7th i believe it was 101 . Every ride was a walk on . Shockwave stole the show rode front row . Runaway mountain gives you space mountain vibes without the space theme . Texas giant still packs a punch was able to stay on and ride a second time. Titan almost got me to blackout and that first hill still gets the heart going . Freeze beat ya up so will batman. There newest dark ride that are promoting was wierdiest ride I've ever been on and was laughably bad me and wife just looked at each other like what is going on can't believe people would ever wait for that experience . The park still feels like a shell of its former self back in the 90s and sad the PINK THING has changed . Get your tickets at a discount rate you will have a great time . Park needs more shade and has a bunch of watered down shops . Still clean park was sad to see so dead tho . Hope this park continues to stay open for awhile. All new rides seem like carnival rides and nothing good since titan in like 2003 and the new Texas giant . Still have love for park tho if your in the dfw reading this go for good Ole time sakes entry is alot better than it used to be and seems alot less crowded then back in the day . Thanks for the video

What hurts Titan (and it's Giovanola sibling Goliath) is the MCBR; then again the ride is so forceful its probably needed.
As for Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast, does it valley like the one in St. Louis?

This is where I find out that the new attractions won’t be opening until 2023 but I’m not surprised. Obviously not what everyone had in mind when they ordered it but this feels like a massive disappointment for the park and the company.
And they say everything’s big in Texas…🫠😬

It allows you to calculate the hypotenuse of a triangle if you know the length of the other 2 sides...in this case, I can calculate the track on the lift hill by knowing the height and length the lift covers

Titan is the best coaster in the park . Followed by mr freeze and shockwave . I don’t know where to rate new Texas giant . It’s pretty slow and forceless . I don’t think I even got more than one flip on joker. Ride sucks .
How come Titan doesn't get all the hate that SFMM's Goliath does? Are they clones? Havent ridden either, unfortunately...or...fortunately?
Titan and Goliath don’t really focus on airtime like most other hyper coasters. They instead focus on speed and intensity. Their layouts are almost identical, with the difference being that Titan has an upward helix before the mid-course brake run, while Goliath doesn’t.
Titan has an extra helix but i think its equally dull
Titan has an extra helix, and the trims don't hit quite as hard (they hit hard, just not dead stop like Goliath); it's a fun ride, just suffers when compared to B&M hypers; also, any ride at SFoT is going to have a lower profile (and thus less praise/hate) than something at SFMM
