Chapman would be scary to face not because he just throws fast but his lack of control in random situations.. it's almost deadly if he were to hit you especially if he landed one on your head. Man... 😳
@@isaacpina905 no he threw a impossible inning with several pitches that's were 102-104 range I know this because I watch the tigers cuz I live in Detroit but your close
Where was Nolan Ryan? Randy Johnson? Goose Gossage? They literally all had triple digit fastballs with nolan ryan setting the world record that still hasn't been broken
Ya got two of my favorites .. Justin Verlander & Max Scherzer .. Justin has his mojo back! .. Max he'll just make ya blink! .. Both have different mechanics, but they're both deadly on the mound! .. Sweet video! .. 👍👍
BCC _227 also two of my favorites. I have to give Justin the slight edge as I’ve been a fan for years and seeing his resurgence to MVP level has been amazing. However, mad max is still a beast and both are first ballot HOFers
themightyjake I wonder if he’ll be able to regain his strength in the offseason. Verlander had a couple very off years before returning to his dominant form, so maybe it’s not all over for Harvey just yet
Nobody compared to my man Chapman. 6”4 frame with so much velocity comin off his extensions on his pitch and a unreal throwing form dis comin from a life long Cincinnati reds fan
Of course, Aroldis Chapman.. what can you say, but WOW!!! I mean, he should be playing in the ALIEN LEAGUE or something, true?!! All the other players are like JV!!! 😊 Thanks for letting me comment here folks. Gs
Honestly 103 with no movement is a lot easier to hit than 99 with movement simply because you can figure out where it’s going to be and set your swing to hit it.
I know this is two years ago, and you might be dead, but I don't think 100+ is easier to hit by a long shot. At triple digits, the ball is so small that hitters cannot even adjust to the ball's location. Both are near impossible.
The only concern is that the hard throwing pitchers break down OFTEN! Maddox and Glavine of the world do not break down much. Something to think about.
7:19 it went by the catcher because his glove wasn’t where the ball was and he needed it to be there to catch the ball, it’s that fast. and the guy who was sitting where the ball was, he shit himself 7:27 that guy swung because it’s 105 inside and he just didn’t want to get hit
Why is Wade Davis on here My road to the show character throw harder than that..... he throws 96,97,98,and 99 Most of these guys can’t even through 98 🤣
great vid, but I swear almost half the pitchers if not slightly more throw 95-98 mph its unreal..some of the hardest throwers Ive seen on tv were basically no name relief pitchers..random i know.
J R Richard Nolan Ryan Dwight Gooden Vida Blue Jim Bibby etc should be on this list and video they threw just as hard if not harder than the pitchers on here
That Yordano pitcher.. I think he got robbed, also! I can't believe the pitches didn't ALL register about 105!!! I've never seen a faster ball thrown, I don't believe.
3 of those guys are pitching for the Astros now. Speaking of Astros where's JR Richard and Nolan Ryan. I saw Richard hit 104mph. I've heard Ryan hit 108. Those two and Vida Blue, Dwight Gooden etc etc were better pitchers than any of these guys except Verlander maybe.
That Royals bullpen was stacked. 12 year old me was in tears watching my Blue Jays lose that series.
Chapman would be scary to face not because he just throws fast but his lack of control in random situations.. it's almost deadly if he were to hit you especially if he landed one on your head. Man... 😳
Stangs n’ Bikes he already hit several people, I think there is another compilation on RUclips of those moments.
It wouldnt be deadly. Chapman himself was hit directly in the eye with a 110mph comebacker. He's fine.
Gabe Young he is fine now but back when he got hit it was career threatening
Gabe Young buddy so do you want that to happen to you so you can see
Stangs n’ Bikes "lack of control" he's hit like 2 batters in his career
Wow, Eovaldi's 120th pitch of a game was 101. That's impressive.
Il Exile lI theres a reason he completely blew out his arm tho
his mechanics are bad and his extreme velocity makes his risk go way up
ipwn3du because he throws hard he's at risk for hurting himself? That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard
ipwn3du what about Verlander? How about Luis severino?
Yeah, ended up having TJ surgery
Last pitch by Chapman announcer said "Got 'em on a mere 101". I never thought I'd hear that ever.
He said mere 102. But yeah.
Welcome to 21st century baseball
A rare sighting of Jacoby Ellsbury on a baseball field.
You have the nerve to put justin Verlander in the video without a clip of him throwing triple digits.
His fastest pitch was 102mph
316lawdog there were other pitchers in there not hitting triple digits... so why pick on JV
I was gonna comment on it lol
@@isaacpina905 no he threw a impossible inning with several pitches that's were 102-104 range I know this because I watch the tigers cuz I live in Detroit but your close
please subscribe to me please you know that because you watched a video
I like that 5 years ago 95 made you one of the fastest pitchers in MLB
R.I.P. Ventura🙏🏻
CookieCrumbler69 why u talking about ur self
CookieCrumbler69 Please get a life
CookieCrumbler69 But why? You look like a fool.
Yep r.i.p
Connell Sassen the hell does that mean
Where was Nolan Ryan? Randy Johnson? Goose Gossage? They literally all had triple digit fastballs with nolan ryan setting the world record that still hasn't been broken
So true
There are many more that belong on this list.
Gossage, during the 1981 WS hit Ron Cey in the helmet. Cey was out for three games straight he was so dazed.
Love that there wasn't to many highlights of one pitcher and the transition between pitches didn't take long either very good video earned a sub
106 mph? Damn, I'm surprise him still has his arm on his body
That strikes by scherzer was monstrous
My heart is dead inside cold and hard and petrified
Flick and whirrrr! baby! Richard's sinker is filthy..
Flashback to when Matt Harvey was actually good
I remember that one season.
Garrett Richards throws the hardest low heat. 97 at the knees with sinking movement, no chance.
Charlie Walter when he is healthy, he is a top MLB pitcher
Now you got Jordon Hicks
🏕️😎😅🤩🤗
Does he throw a splitter or is it a "turbo" sinker? Regardless, it's awesome
it looks like a slider🤔🤔
I was confused why Ohtani wasn't on the list then I looked at the date of published
Kimbrel hasn't pitched for the RS for awhile
Ya got two of my favorites .. Justin Verlander & Max Scherzer .. Justin has his mojo back! .. Max he'll just make ya blink! .. Both have different mechanics, but they're both deadly on the mound! .. Sweet video! .. 👍👍

Chapman is like a 110 mph pitching machine. The Yankees are blessed to have him pitch 20 pitches
Lol
Have they tested him for banned substances? Just a thought.
7:44 guy cheering knocks his beer over then goes to sit in it 😆
Crazy how much this list has changed in just a couple of years
Matt Harvey is a very hard thrower and an excellent starter... when he can pitch
Zigor Campos McGregor Don't get me wrong a love Matt Harvey but that man can barely touch 94 now.
themightyjake I wonder if he’ll be able to regain his strength in the offseason. Verlander had a couple very off years before returning to his dominant form, so maybe it’s not all over for Harvey just yet
Is it just me or does it look satisfying to see the ball just float in there
Chapman throws faster than some hurricanes🤔
No shit
Ask altuve
Luis Ortiz Ask the center field’s camera
Nobody compared to my man Chapman. 6”4 frame with so much velocity comin off his extensions on his pitch and a unreal throwing form dis comin from a life long Cincinnati reds fan
I miss you

Yordano Ventura
Nathan Eovaldi is that one pitcher who can throw 100 mph but doesn’t have the stuff to back it up
Now we have Jordan Hicks. Most of his pitches are over 100, but a little wild.
I got to see Richards pitch in AA Arkansas. Dude is filthy. Throws 95-98 and it runs like a two seam.
Jason got 101 mph before this video was made
Anthony Analla Jason what
I know you couldn't get everyone but I gotta stick oh my neck fir my boy Trevor Rosenthal 🤘🏼
Why doesn't it show when Justin threw 101
Nice oshm
You saved the BEST for last Chapman
Where's Tim Wakefield
Michael schilling lol
R.A. Dickey!
What about Jon Jay?
Zeplinex45 what about Carlos Gomez
Yeah, after one of his 65 miles knuckleball his 85 miles fastball is more stunning that those.
Of course, Aroldis Chapman.. what can you say, but WOW!!! I mean, he should be playing in the ALIEN LEAGUE or something, true?!! All the other players are like JV!!! 😊 Thanks for letting me comment here folks. Gs
just when you thought hitters would never stop jacking HRs, aroldis chapman came along.
Others could be Joe Kelly, Jordan Hicks, Josh Hader, Neftali Feliz and Chris Sale.
100 pitches deep and still throwin above 100 is impressive
Your forgetting about R.A. dickey
Rip the 2015 royals bullpen. Our starters could pitch 4 innings and the bullpen could finish the game without giving up a run
Impressive... thanks for the video
Where is Jordan hicks. He’s hit 105 a couple times this year
Garry I’m Sorry look at the upload date dummy
Baseball Worldwide why you gotta be so rude
The only concern is that the hard throwing pitchers break down OFTEN! Maddox and Glavine of the world do not break down much. Something to think about.

Chapman is the beast ⊙ω⊙
Anyone remember Chris Denorfia taking Chapman’s 101 deep, dead center, first pitch, for a 2-1 walk off?
Betances is an absolute beast💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
I would like to add Severino to the list.
R.I.P ACE 30 😢
2018 season: Exists
Now here comes Jordan Hicks.
the funny part is alot of other pitchers are throwing harder than these pitchers nowadays because this video was made 3 years ago
Why is Wade Davis on here
My road to the show character throw harder than that..... he throws 96,97,98,and 99
Most of these guys can’t even through 98 🤣
@Angel Vollant you're telling him to get a life while you're here writing an angry essay over a joke?
With earbuds 7:13 sounds like a ricocheting bullet. 🤣
what about joe kelly and matt barnes
mc_hamma true. Couldn't get eveyone
and Chris sale
@@hihi-sp2sp as a Red Sox fan Sale sucks this year
They had a Nathan Eovaldi of the Yankees throw a very fast pitch, and the gun said 92 mph!
R.I.P Jose Fernandez. He didn’t make the list but he can pitch faster then some of the people you put on this list.
Nobody:

Hardest Throwing Pitchers
*shows Scherzer with slider grip in thumbnail*
I love how he makes like 8 clips of indians striking out but everyone like twice
Where's Nolan Ryan
Mauricio Cabrera was in chapman territory all year
Jeffisyourhero very true
No Josh Hader?
Great video! How about Jeurys Familia and maybe even Jacob deGrom? His velo was down a bit this year, but he's still capable of hitting 98.
Mrmetftw couldn't get everyone
deGroms fastball is one of the 10 best pitches in baseball because of location and movement. deGrom at 96 is better than most guys at 100. 💯
Next, can you please show the grips and how they throw. Tnx
J R Richard Nolan Ryan Dwight Gooden Vida Blue Jim Bibby etc should be on this list and video they threw just as hard if not harder than the pitchers on here
7:51 guy with weave shirt knocks down beer glass with his butt 😂😂😂
What kind of pitch is the first one?
Ucl has left the chat
Bartolo, Chapman, and Syndergod
flaherty may make this list soon
2:19...
He throwing those pitches to Babe Ruth
maybe chapman should bring that stride back before his coiled up delivery
What about Luis severino he can hit 102
Severino is a beast. He should be in the updated video
Betances is stepping out on the mound
1:19 sweet
Wow!
Yeah, just might have a hammy the night Chapman is pitching.
U showed all JV in the upper 90's. What happened to the ones he was throwing over 100mph in the 8th inning against the Indians?
Dellin betances throws a 98mph curve apparently
Nonsense.
Chapmon definitely is the hardest thrower here
Verlander es mi piche Favorito
What about Jordan kicks
Rip Yordano Ventura
I don’t know why but Kimbrel’s fastball looks way faster compared to others even though they’re at the same speed.
Verlander still fast as shit but I haven't seen him hit triple digits in a minute
That Yordano pitcher.. I think he got robbed, also! I can't believe the pitches didn't ALL register about 105!!! I've never seen a faster ball thrown, I don't believe.
Now it seems like everyone is pitching at least 95
No Edwin Diaz or James Paxton?
At 7:53 the guy spills his beer.
106 wow thats fast
You need to add Jordan Hicks
3 of those guys are pitching for the Astros now. Speaking of Astros where's JR Richard and Nolan Ryan. I saw Richard hit 104mph. I've heard Ryan hit 108. Those two and Vida Blue, Dwight Gooden etc etc were better pitchers than any of these guys except Verlander maybe.
Was Cole not throwing 100 in 2016 ?
Scott Oberg and Carlos Esteves both throw 102+
I;m surprised that Randy Johnson is not on this list
pedro baez? yu darvish?chris sale?
AB GAMING don't think darvish belongs here but I see the others
Darvish can hit 98 still, he's usually 93-94 mph though
