Family Photos: after a brother passed in our family...we visited the family home out of town, and noticed the hundreds of family photos/gallery walls everywhere... we got home and vowed to do the same...maybe not hundreds! But over the past 20 years, have curated frames, gallery wall ledge shelving...and have annual family photos taken at our annual lake getaway with extendeds, every year...the old ones go upstairs,...the new ones main level, to take their place... tacky? Really? Our homes are just that... homes! Should be filled with those we love, things we like, plants, art, books, family photos...people live here! It is not for magazine shoots, but for living a life filled with loved ones.

We've always given her the option of sleeping on a dog bed, but she chooses the floor every single time! A lot of dogs do that for a lot of reasons like temperature regulation and even protective instincts.
