Now to be the annoying nerd that I am: the viruses that Tiny Style killed were in fact bacteriophages which are harmless to humans and might even help fight bacterial infections as these “phages” use bacteria to multiply and then kill the bacteria itself. Even considering the information above, bacteriophages might disrupt the bacterial ecosystem inside the gut if the species of the phages are designed to kill the respective type bacteria that is found inside the gut (that are actually very helpful in the process of digestion). So the video was somewhat right but not accurate considering that there are thousands of different species of bacteria that aren’t good for the human body.
Random thing I noticed: The viruses shown look a lot like bacteriophages, which only hunt and kill bacteria and might become a potential alternative to antibiotics in the future because antibiotics are like nuclear bombs while bacteriophages are more like guided missiles.
