- Discover the world of Faceless Neil through this short animated film.
This was my thesis film, finished in May 2010. The Face Shop is dark comedy for children about Faceless Neil.
The Story; Neil is an 11 years old boy without a face. Along with his monster friend Manny, he goes to a Face shop hoping to find a suitable face. Will Neil find his face? Find out in this creepy cute cartoon!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS, it gives me major tim Burton vibes mixed with the ‘a little peace of heaven’ music video. It’s so cute as well :,) the way faceless Neil has so much expression without a face is crazy, all the characters are adorable and all the mixed art and styles makes me so happy. This is one of my favourite things

I will never forget how this animation was the very first thing that got me into spooky but goofy animations
People calling it horrifying, but honestly this is the cutest most wholesome thing I've seen in days. The two dudes just catching up while the other one is ransacking the shop for a face was hilarious. Then the dude could talk! I have no idea who he is, but I'm so proud of him!

That was my childhood, i was like 5-6 watching this but i still love it.
This hit my remained after about 10 yrs. I'm so happy I found this again on Halloween.
I get this recommendation like once a year every year and I still think to this day that Neil is absolutely precious for some reason.

He really seem a sweet guy and when he's happy I think he's extremely adorable even if you can't see his whole face/expression.

I was hoping for this to be a horror short film but this was even better than I expected I love the little world this takes in and I found the monster/creatures to be actually cute! and the vibe is fun
I always come back to this every Halloween just to enjoy it again. Such wonderful work.

Sinister Fantasies No! I think it's adorable. At first it's quite weird and frightening, but the monsters are actually really friendly and Neil is a precious cinnamon roll. The monsters reassure Neil a lot and that's just so nice. In addition to that cute characteristic, it's different, which is really refreshing.

Found out about Faceless Neil sometime last week and just watched this today. Super cute and creepy at the same time! Also, I love the end credits where Neil is doing the Billy Elliot dance!
I love how many different animation styles there are! I know animation (every kind) is really hard and time-consuming, so considering that, this is AMAZING! It's a really good story, and the art is awesome too! Good job! :D
