- The Easter Crochet Blanket is a fantastically simple and textured pattern, great for beginners too! I used 1.5 cakes of Sirdar Pattercake in the shade 752 Candy Cane and I used a 4mm hook. My finished blanket is 100 rows and measures 85x60cm.

I pray all is well with you! Health Issues can be so hard! I broke my neck awhile back in 3 places and have sever pain almost 24 x 7 and life is so different for me and anyone around me. But, as you know we just have to get through it and pray for better days!!!

Knitting in the Philippines is not so common for everyone but I'm trying to do my best as a two month old knitter I didn't feel like it so hard at all and that's because I learn from your videos but sad to say I'm knitting using my "own made bamboo needless" and sometimes due to its roughness my yarns tear apart and it's so sad, I also want to knit using circular needles but it's so hard to find one here at Philippines, I just hope this Christmas I can receive some knitting needles and circular one too.

I am making this beautiful blanket. Thank you so much for the pattern. It is very easy. The only thing I'm concerned about is that the blanket keeps curling on me. Will this eventually stop? My tension is as loose as I can get it.

Hi Cheryl. The stitch count is correct. Multiples of six. Perhaps if you do a small swatch first and see how you go. Are you remembering to put a triple crochet in the turning chain?
