- Just last night, 65 precious souls embarked on a new chapter of their lives at our shelter in Peyton, CO. Each one, from the jubilant to the uncertain, received their very first soft blanket-a symbol of comfort and the beginning of their transformation.
The look of joy on some of their faces, contrasted with the understandable apprehension in others, tugs at our heartstrings. It’s a poignant reminder of the resilience of these wonderful beings and the brighter days that lie ahead. Soon, they'll know nothing but couch cuddles and endless love.
They will be ready to find their forever homes in about a week. Keep an eye on our website, and prepare to meet your new best friend. The journey to a loving home starts here! Stay tuned!

Absolutely. And there is so much inbreeding it's causing more and more illnesses.

Don't support the life these dogs have been through to support online/pet store sales. Adopt through a shelter or rescue, even if you have a particular breed, you want there is probably a good chance you will find it.

Poor babies. I'm so happy for them I pray with all my heart that they all get adopted to real nice animal lovers. Animals are amazing.

I was lucky enough to get my two frenchies from a rescue puppy mill, it took me 3 months to train them to toilet and to go outside and walk on a lead I have had them 5+ years now and they are they greatest dogs I've ever had they give sooo much love and appreciate everything Ido for them, and I love them sooo much, God bless you for rescueing these wee animals they need so much love and thank you.

It saddens me for these animals like childern are brought into the world expet these dogs are 1s that people abandon for they cant make money from ..its sad world we live in an what for the mightyo dollor ..money is the creature the root of all evil ...
