Scared Rescue Dogs Begin to Experience Love

Last night, we welcome 30 new faces to the NMDR family. As they settled in, we witnessed a range of emotions from the dogs. The puppies were full of excitement and exhilaration, but sometimes of the other dogs felt quite the opposite. It’s hard to watch the fear and uncertainty, but we know that in a short amount of time, we will watch these same faces fill with peace, comfort, and contentment. For now, we will show them the simple kindness of a blanket and gentle touch. Stay tuned to watch their journey…

I have two rescue Maltipoos, and seeing those little white and brown dogs hits home. I have sadness for all of them but those little ones really get to me.
I hope they all find someone who is responsible and give them a good home.

Shocking to see the amount of new Designer Dogs, that people abused or gave up, such a shame to know breeders are so greedy & do not care about innocent dogs 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

These are dogs that puppy mills have given up, not individuals. The puppy mills and puppy producers also known as backyard breeders simply respond to what the public is buying and right now French bulldogs are in and the doodles are going out.

I pray for the day when puppy mill rescue will no longer be needed, but until then, National Mill Dog Rescue is the best. I can say that from personal experience.

Internet puppies are suspect also if the parents and kennel are not available for meeting and viewing. Every pound in the country has lovely dogs for adoption!
