    Thanks, I'm building one right now! Walmart 2023 skeletons have arms that are a little different(upper arm is now mostly one piece with a few screws for just the ball) but you can still use the fender washer+bungee, you just need to dremel a slot in the ball for half the fender washer, the rest of the shoulder joint bungee connection is the same. To connect the lower arm bone, there's a convenient hole from the injection molding that I'm going to put another screw eye in to attach the bungee.

    First off -- FANTASTIC!!! OMG this is great! As a follower of your channel, that's exactly what I thought you were going to use those fans and that baby thing again... Have you thought about using motors and linkages to achieve the same effect? I know it takes some mechanical skills to pull it off, but I'm sure it can be done. I think the other prop you made, the Living Tombstone I still want to make, I purchased all the parts to make it, just that I haven't yet... Maybe that will be this year's prop. And as you know I built your "Beware of Spooks" sign, I get a lot of complements on that prop. Just top-notch designs, clear and great instructions! Thanks a bunch for making these videos.

      @@HALLOWEENHOWTObySaulFilms Yes, I understand that you're trying to keep it simple, and sometimes you do give options in your instructions to make it with other items, but what these mechanisms have going for them is that they are already figured out and do what you want them to do; so I get it... and to be honest I never think about repurposing appliances like you do. Anyway, these are such good ideas that you can run with them in so many directions, and that's what you inspire!

    Thank you for this new video, I get such a thrill out of these. For me the best part of building Halloween props is problem solving. You sir are a master problem solver, you are MacGyver-like. The great part of your videos is that everything you show and the way you do things can easily be applied to other projects. So with that said, I have been looking for one of those baby swing gismos ever since the levitating table video. So I think I will have to come up with another source of motion. First of all thank you, for this tutorial. It will be a challenge to do because I do not have the two main items that you have in your tutorial for movement. So therefore we have to figure out something different.
    First thing is the top of the fan how wide is it.
    The second thing is a movement of the baby swing, I guess?
    Hopefully we can come up with a replacement for these two items. In order to make this project similar to yours.
    We, is me, myself, and I.
    Thank you again.

    • @HALLOWEENHOWTObySaulFilms
      @HALLOWEENHOWTObySaulFilms  7 месяцев назад

      Hi and thanks for taking the time to watch and ask questions. The width of the fan is about 7", the important thing to keep in mind is finding one that the ribcage of the skeleton (that you use) can fit over. As far as the baby swing, I have not seen any other product similar, probably because they have a patent on it. As suggested in my videos where this is used, look for a used one and pay a fraction of the cost. Good luck and keep your eyes peeled for bargains!

    Wow that was one of the best, most through tutorials I’ve seen. Kudos!
    FYI I found that child size clothes fit the skeletons the best.

      Hi and thanks for the nice comment. Good to know about the child size clothes, obviously my old shirt that I grabbed from the rag bag proved way too big.

      I hope that you are lucky to find some afforadble 4Moms baby swings, they are out there and their movement cannot be beat. Please let me know how they turn out.

    I tuned in because I liked the motion of the prop! I have ninety percent of what I need to do this in my workshop, except for the baby seat thing and the fan. My goal is to accomplish this same motion with one motor.

    Love these! I had to buy a brand new mamaroo for the levitating table since everyone around here and shops were asking about the same cost as a brand new one 😞

    That was amazing!!!! I'm going to make like 10 of them. And build them into a skull wall.

      @HALLOWEENHOWTObySaulFilms I've made the wall before. I made the skulls out of milk jugs. The last one I made took 427 jugs. The next one I make will prob take 500 or so.
