Automate tasks in Microsoft Outlook using Quick Steps.

Quick Steps is a feature in Microsoft Outlook that allows you to automate many day to day tasks with the click of one button. Use this great feature to save time while you work. In our example, we set-up a team meeting appointment removing many of the steps it normally takes.

Hi, it does not work on the new outlook versions. Any known alternatives?

Not yet unfortunately - it’s now on Microsoft to expand the capability of Quick Steps in the latest version of Outlook to include meeting actions!
