Do not use diary, it gives you half a star worth of stealth which means... You're still the second lowest stealth character in the game only behind Shrimpo(-99)
@@vampmason They updated it sometime after this comment, it still does essentially the same for any toon that would use it which is making you slightly stealthier than other toons with equal base stealth, it doesn't allows anyone to get over the stealth of someone with more base stealth, a 3 star using diary has 3,75 and a 4 stars using diary goes to 5 stars, so the use is "I don't wanna be chased but ill let this other guy be" Is also a nerf for Brightney with diary cause it literally does nothing now. A good use is on Tisha, who can use diary when supporting a Peebles or Flutter who have the same stealth so she can go use her ability without taking aggro and go back, be aware of LoS while doing that tho, because it doesn't matter your stealth if you're the only one in their vision.
loved the video but i personally disagree with teagan and brightney cus for teagan, alot of ppl like to use fancy purse on sprout and teagan but u can get 100 tapes in ~2 floors so i think it is a waste of trinket slot for teagan and brightney i believe a speed trinket or participation award would be better for her instead of spare bulb bc she already has good light
Whenever I'm a distractor toon that has 4 star movement speed,i use dog plush and speed shoes,so when I walk, I'm faster than the twisteds. No stamina wasted.
For Rodger, I often use Participation Award with Blue Bandana. It gives him crazy speed on extracting (which he already somewhat has with his base stats). Although, the reason I use these trinkets are because I can rely on teammates properly. Additionally, I know how and when I should hide. Overall, I basically go for an extracting build on him simply because I know how to avoid chases with him.
Dandy World stats that doesn't make sense: A Detective who knowledge about anything (including ichor) is very good and well. (Rodger) 4 star extraction speed The Joyride Mirror (Glisten) 5 star extraction speed. Like bro..how tf did a Glass can extract faster than a Magnifying Glass😭
honestly for poppy since shes a survivalist, i would use her signature trinket (aka pink bow) so she can go faster if she gets hit and blushy bat to enhance her passive, you can also use the skillcheck set (aka magnifying glass and participation award) too so her skillcheck gets better and uhh yeah

personally as a teagan main i think that fancy purse should be used as a slot for another trinket like dandy plush (discount on dandy items) because fancy purse only gives 100 extra credits for one time making the dandy plush more effective in saving credits for her ability personal trinkets (dandy plush, ANY speed trinkets)
For all the low stealth toons, I suggest their trinkets can be used to run away since they are easily spotted by twisteds, they can use trinkets that can allow them to escape from them quickly. An example is Glisten since he already has high extraction speed, he can use speed trinkets instead
Basically for Flutters, if she is used as an extractor, use magnifying glass and dog plush like your idea. But if she is a main distractor, use Dog plush and Speedy shoes, if she is backup distractor, use Pink Bow and Magnifying glass

I would use blushy bat and pink bow for poppy. Also when a toon is slow you want to give them sprint trinkets. For toons who are already fast need walk trinkets. So i like to use vanity mirror and pink bow with rodger sometimes. Also for teagan fancy purse is kinda a waste of a trinket slot so i would recommend veemote to get tapes quicker and dandys plush so that the rest of the tapes she doesn’t spend on items, go to her heals
i personally use sweet charm for toons w/ active abilities that help others (only ones i have are cosmo and tisha rn) so i don’t have to wait as long as if i didn’t use sweet charm

I disagree with a lot of these. brightney's light radius, for instance, is already good and her ability is only useful during blackouts. boosting it just wastes a slot. I use vanity mirror and veemote because you can distract twisteds away from your friends during panic mode much easier. for another example, toodles has normal speed except for the potential boosts she gets (1/5 for speed) so I'm not sure why you called her fast? honestly due to her stealth I'd just use pure extraction trinkets on her. great opinions, but these aren't the de facto best picks imo!
As a cosmo main, I always use magnifying glass with vanity mirror hehe! But use my combination if ur good at skillchecks only thou! Buttttt i also usually just use thinking cap with magnifying glass!! (i really recommend both if ur good at skill checks!)
1:30 i use extraction speed trinkets on Rodger, because i finally teach how to dodge on him (if can't -- speed really helps) 0:55 my friend using Cosmo's trinket snd feather duster (in my team Tisha is support, sometimes distractor (saves me too much times, if Rodger's stamina over) (srry if had misses, my eng is not good)
I prefer to use ribbon spool and clown horn for low speed toons! (I do know that the update wasn’t out when the vid came out but now it is a good combo.) and diary for low stealth toons like brightney
Diary actually doesn't work on brightney anymore, I'm afraid!! Maybe for other lower stealth toons, but I don't think it works with 1 star stealth anymore.
As a Rodger main, I say just give him full extractor trinkets like magnifying glass and participation award because with these trinkets you would extract more faster and it's pretty easy to avoid twisted from spotting you, so the speed trinket is kind of unnecessary to use
I recommend participation award and magnifying glass for Finn any toon with 3+ skill check should have magnifying glass (except form Tisha and Vee for obvious reasons)
As a Tisha main i use the distracting trinkets for speedy run but i think I might have to try out the other combo I'll come back and tell u if i like it !!
Honestly as a distractor I use the ribbon spool and looeys trinket cuz they both give 10 for both on even and odd floors which means with pebble, goob, sprout, flutter they will be fast! :3
Im quite new so im only working with a few trinkets rn unfortunately,, for extracting i use wrench n boxtons bandana idk what to use for distracting i suck at it anyway
Fancy purse is not good for teagan. A veemote is gonna give you way more tapes on the long run Spare bulb is also a garbage trinket...brightney doesnt need it. She shines enough in blackouts
1:07 me personally I use Astro cap and Pink bow because: You fix the machine with your 4 star Skill check You get your +33% movement speed AND +7.5% run speed from Pink bow (totaling out to be +40.5% run speed) You then run to the next generator You then regen all your lost stamina quickly with your Astro cap (+40% stamina regen) You fix the machine with your 4 star Skill check And rinse and repeat that process
I find it interesting that you said even with Magnifying Glass, Poppy's extraction speed is bad. Aside from this being not true, you didn't feel the need to comment on it for Toodles, and even praised her extraction speed using Magnifying Glass, despite her arguably being worse than Poppy in most situations. Either 1, you just wanted to throw shade on Poppy for no reason, or 2, you didn't feel the need to comment on usage of magnifying glass on 3* skill check toons after the first time. I'm not gonna debate over which of these two are worse, but saying Magnifying Glass provides a different benefit on Toodles than with Poppy is objectively false.
In my opinion i think their only saying it bc half the dandys world fandom hates on poppys but thats just a unpopular theory I am not saying that they are trying to do that but its a bit suspicous. (sorry for my english I cant tell if I spell something right or not ..)
Tbh, for Rodger I usually use Magnifying glass and Vanity mirror, since Twisteds usually gain a slight speed boost in panic mode to keep up with the Toons in the round.

I use vee astro and brightney the most, in my opinion i really like using veemote and vanity mirror with all these toons because vee is slow and i distract in panic mode, astro skillcheck sucks and manual/ blue bandana barely do anything, and brightney i use this because its easier to extract and i can lure twisteds away from the elevator
For Flutter, I normally use Dog Plush and Vanity Mirror so that I can reach the elevator in time incase I'm far away from the elevator in Panic Mode, I'm thinking about changing the combination to Dog Plush and Magnifying Glass now.. (For BrunoRampazo: Please tell me which combination is better!!)
Now we want also a best trinket for gay mirror! (Glisten) Okay now for rodger (my main most of time) I personally (for doing solo runs) prefer using pink bow and speedy shoes. Because for toons with less than 3 stars in speed, its more worth run trinkets, for fast toons, its worth a lot more walking trinkets
A few disagreements i have (keep in mind this is just my opinion): 0:36 i'm not entirely sure what you mean by "she can easily outrun twisteds" because her escape stats are average and her ability only has a ⅕ chance of giving a speed boost so i think pink bow is a better option for escaping twisteds as walk speed only really matters for distractors 1:14 the set you gave cosmo is really just a beginner's set. I think a better for more experienced players set could replace speedy shoes with pink bow because of his high stamina and replace thinking cap with veemote so you won't eaven bother with his small skillchecks. Besides, thinking cap doesn't eaven help that much only increasing by 40 units 1:57 honestly from what i've seen spare bulb is onlg good if you absolutely suck at blackouts, maybe once you get better at dealing with them you could replace it with pink bow or you can run dog plush and either pop pack, vanity miror or pink bow if you feel like trying out a backup distractor
I think for cosmo, thinking cap helps a lot, because i always miss the skillcheck while doing a machine, but wrench is good too, and yea i suck on blackouts :P and also , all speed trinkets can be replaced with pink bow, so you are correct
Tip: If you are better at survival, as an extractor it is EXCEPTIONAL to use Participation Award (Shelly’s trinket) for the extra skill check chance. Another tip is don’t use blue bandana only because it nerfs skill check chance SKILL CHECKS > EXTRACTION SPEED

I use vanity mirror and veemote because you can distract twisteds away from your friends during panic mode much easier. for another example, toodles has normal speed except for the potential boosts she gets (1/5 for speed) so I'm not sure why you called her fast? honestly due to her stealth I'd just use pure extraction trinkets on her.

I prefer to use ribbon spool and clown horn for low speed toons! (I do know that the update wasn’t out when the vid came out but now it is a good combo.) and diary for low stealth toons like brightney
Diary actually doesn't work on brightney anymore, I'm afraid!! Maybe for other lower stealth toons, but I don't think it works with 1 star stealth anymore.

As a Rodger main, I say just give him full extractor trinkets like magnifying glass and participation award because with these trinkets you would extract more faster and it's pretty easy to avoid twisted from spotting you, so the speed trinket is kind of unnecessary to use

Honestly as a distractor I use the ribbon spool and looeys trinket cuz they both give 10 for both on even and odd floors which means with pebble, goob, sprout, flutter they will be fast! :3

1:07 me personally I use Astro cap and Pink bow because:
You fix the machine with your 4 star Skill check
You get your +33% movement speed AND +7.5% run speed from Pink bow (totaling out to be +40.5% run speed)
You then run to the next generator
You then regen all your lost stamina quickly with your Astro cap (+40% stamina regen)
You fix the machine with your 4 star Skill check
And rinse and repeat that process
I find it interesting that you said even with Magnifying Glass, Poppy's extraction speed is bad. Aside from this being not true, you didn't feel the need to comment on it for Toodles, and even praised her extraction speed using Magnifying Glass, despite her arguably being worse than Poppy in most situations. Either 1, you just wanted to throw shade on Poppy for no reason, or 2, you didn't feel the need to comment on usage of magnifying glass on 3* skill check toons after the first time. I'm not gonna debate over which of these two are worse, but saying Magnifying Glass provides a different benefit on Toodles than with Poppy is objectively false.

Tbh, for Rodger I usually use Magnifying glass and Vanity mirror, since Twisteds usually gain a slight speed boost in panic mode to keep up with the Toons in the round.

I use vee astro and brightney the most, in my opinion i really like using veemote and vanity mirror with all these toons because vee is slow and i distract in panic mode, astro skillcheck sucks and manual/ blue bandana barely do anything, and brightney i use this because its easier to extract and i can lure twisteds away from the elevator

Okay now for rodger (my main most of time)
I personally (for doing solo runs) prefer using pink bow and speedy shoes. Because for toons with less than 3 stars in speed, its more worth run trinkets, for fast toons, its worth a lot more walking trinkets
A few disagreements i have (keep in mind this is just my opinion):
0:36 i'm not entirely sure what you mean by "she can easily outrun twisteds" because her escape stats are average and her ability only has a ⅕ chance of giving a speed boost so i think pink bow is a better option for escaping twisteds as walk speed only really matters for distractors
1:14 the set you gave cosmo is really just a beginner's set. I think a better for more experienced players set could replace speedy shoes with pink bow because of his high stamina and replace thinking cap with veemote so you won't eaven bother with his small skillchecks. Besides, thinking cap doesn't eaven help that much only increasing by 40 units
1:57 honestly from what i've seen spare bulb is onlg good if you absolutely suck at blackouts, maybe once you get better at dealing with them you could replace it with pink bow or you can run dog plush and either pop pack, vanity miror or pink bow if you feel like trying out a backup distractor
I think for cosmo, thinking cap helps a lot, because i always miss the skillcheck while doing a machine, but wrench is good too, and yea i suck on blackouts :P and also , all speed trinkets can be replaced with pink bow, so you are correct
Tip: If you are better at survival, as an extractor it is EXCEPTIONAL to use Participation Award (Shelly’s trinket) for the extra skill check chance.
Another tip is don’t use blue bandana only because it nerfs skill check chance
SKILL CHECKS > EXTRACTION SPEED
For brightney, I don’t think spare bulb will be good for solo runs, I think diary would work better because her stealth is… interesting.
