Here is the Railfanning NC installment for October 2023. Special things Featured in this edition is Amtrak P42DC No. 203, which is in a special Operation Lifesaver scheme celebrating the 50th anniversary of the campaign, which is seen leading Crescent No. 20 out of Salisbury with an extra dining car on the rear. Also included is a second Crescent 20 with Amtrak P42DC 54 leading (with the most beautiful K5LA I’ve ever heard in my life) and two Amtrak business cars on the head end. The cars are the Metroliner business car and the Beech Grove inspection car. Enjoy!
