Yes EmJ i can definately relate to using up all my spoons, like you say tasks that other people take for granted are very energy sapping for us. Another great video EmJ. I struggle to leave the house it takes a lot of effort, i have an autistic neighbour who has it a lot worse than me she hardly ever leaves her house😟. 🙋♂️
