I imagine singing Fernando Ortega songs in heaven. We'll all be smiling and laughing and weeping with so much joy... we won't be able to stand it! But it'll be awesome, and F.O.'s songs are the only thing I can imagine us singing, except all the other songs I haven't even heard from around the world. Oh, and some of the great hymns, we'll sing those...but he's definitely playing piano. :)

Praising God & listening to "Sing to Jesus" with Fernando's magnificent piano playing.
I can't help but wonder if any of our Christian songs and hymns will transfer over to heaven. Whether they do or not, I do know there will be new songs that we'll sing to our Lord. As for "weeping with...joy", Scripture tells us that He will wipe away our tears in Isaiah 25:8. It will be glorious beyond all that we can think of in this present time.

My Dad's final words were, Give me Jesus as I had the song on for him. We had gone to a Fernando Ortega concert together. His music definitely brought my father closer to Christ.

Still praying that our LORD Jesus would replace my own mother Alice's hardened soul at 91 with a heart of flesh, that she would believe on Jesus Christ and Him crucified and be saved. Please pray. This is quite possibly my favorite song. I shared it with my 7 year old granddaughter but she began to cry. I thought maybe it was too much for her to comprehend. You never know what these little ones understand. Perhaps she knew exactly what this song meant and it touched her heart.

I grew up with Fernando's music. Both of us are from New Mexico. His voice is angelic! Music in general, if it's good, is emotional, but music sung to God is much different than the world's music! The only thing I would change about this video is the reaction of the audience. This beautiful song should have been followed by quiet, meditative prayer. This was a gem of sacred worship, not a piece of entertainment for human beings.

An absolutely amazing song. I was first shown "Our Great God" by Fernando Ortega and then I saw this song. His piano work alone is awesome but the lyrics and his voice together, you can listen to this for hours and not get tired of it. Thank God for today and everyday!
