There is a difference between blood doping (in athletics trying to get short term gains from what you mentioned) and what older people are doing. While it is true the makeup of younger people's blood is different than older blood, the vast majority of literature shows that there is no medium-long term (and perhaps not even really much of a short term) benefit to blood doping for the purposes of trying to stay young/live longer. Our bodies are not that simple. (also remember with younger people's blood being different correlation does not imply causation, there are underlying reasons younger people can fight off most diseases better. It's not as simple as blood doping to stay young forever)

Well it does kinda make sense since you die cause of the fact that your cells divide and they have barriers protecting the DNA and RNA and once the barrier breaks when the cells start dividing it starts getting rid a little bit of the dna and rna in the cell so this is why we age and why our body can’t really move how it used to.
