Enjoying the smooth steady ride on local bike paths in WA. Amped Adventure in Lake Forest Park, WA had test ride bikes. Chose the .2 over the OG. Also have Pace 350.

Hello! My Sinch.2 arrived today and the latch does not close when the bike is unfolded. There is a moving bolt controlled by the red paddle, which works fine, but also an upper cylindrical bolt that collides with the latch when closure is attempted. The cylinder bolt cannot pass the latch, and I don't want to force it. Appreciate any help!

My bike has no motor protection casings. Why not?
Can't get my bike unfolded all the way. This bike is way too heavy for one person to lift. Not sure how I'm going to get it put together.
It didnt look to me like there was anything to put together you just unfold the bike
Why does the charger need to be plugged into the battery first before the wall?
Plugging the charger into the battery before connecting it to the wall ensures a proper and safe electrical connection, as it helps prevent any potential power surges or damage to the charger or battery. It is a recommended practice to follow for the correct and safe operation of the charging process.
@@AventonBikesVideos Do the chargers have a smart charging system that knows when the battery is full to shut off? I heard charging overnight or for long periods is not ideal since the battery sits on the charger when it's full. Thanks!
@@Kaeden_Hahn They are not equipped with a smart charging system. We do not advise to leave on the charger for extended periods of time
@@AventonBikesVideos Ok thank you! Do you guys have any tips for making sure the battery get's disconnected on time to not let it overcharge if we can't keep a constant eye on it? This seems like a very important step for the longevity of the battery.
@@Kaeden_Hahn A lot of riders set timers on their phones when to unplug the charger from the battery. We've seen people purchase power strips that they can control from their phone that allows them to turn off a plug. You can join our fb group to get more insight to what riders do.
