Millennial Money used to be more real back in the day. We need more of the Starbucks people and the $68 cupcakes girl. Now it's, "hey, I'm 23 and make $600k a year with no payments" people. Loses all the entertainment factor.
I remember the cupcakes girl lmaoo
it gives a good motivation though
To be fair, that wasn’t Millennial Money.
@@MattSezer Cupcakes was Glamour not MM, but the idea is they need to find people like that like they used to. Can see why Graham stopped reacting to them for so long. Now it's just Graham going, oh yeah, they're smart, they're doing great, get your free stock, $100 of crypto, yeah, they're doing a good job, I like this...
I agree!! Even if you make $600k a year, it'd be fun to see someone that is still a huge spender with that much income. Now it seems like all the interviews are people making a ton of money and being very smart with it. It doesn't leave room for Graham's funny reactions and criticisms that we all love!
Hey it’s the girlfriend!
Graham we think you are so awesome. The cat shirts come out a couple times a week, and I agree the B-roll is so odd. He really does love the electric lawn mower though. 😄
I kinda found it refreshing though! Usually it’s people working out or some other generic stuff but the lawnmower was awesome lol and it’s sad you had to clarify the situation. My boyfriend let me live rent free while I worked part time and finished grad school (I paid for groceries, internet and my own expenses) - in exchange I paid for our trip to Maui. Then I made more for several years and now we’re about even but none of that matters because we’re a team and support each other. Welcome to Austin btw! Been here since 2015 and it’s a great place to call home.
If it don’t work out between you guys hit me you .
The record I'll love to break is becoming the first millionaire in my family history, I've read about people coming from the dirt to making over $4millions in few years, and I'd love to know how to build wealth and amass good profit against all odds.
Get done with jobs and in order to do this you gotta get the job done 😊😩
quit splurging and save more.
Easier said than done, but I already wrote this down and I'm willing to get started.
@Georgia Bear who is the coach that mentored you and do you mind sharing how I can reach your coach?
Realaste.
I’m excited to potentially see myself on your channel Graham! “Living Together on 78K a Year in Gillette Wyoming” is coming soon! Filmed like two weeks ago and just waiting now
Your's will be more in line with what I experience compared to a lot of these episodes. Of course your still on the opposite end of Wyoming to me since I'm in Green River
Totally just watched yours! Props to you guys for being SO GOOD WITH MONEY
I'm honestly happy for people that have their (stuff) together and living a good life BUT 'Millennial Money' is more entertaining with the train wrecks. I need to see someone living in LA making $1000 a month while spending 3k a month on nonsense.
That was the most awesome piece of wisdom I heard in awhile. If you have a problem , surround yourself with people who don't have that problem . Good for him .
Thanks David, I try to practice it everyday :)
That's why he ditched all of those cancer patients.
Good for him
Great advice for sure
Or who have overcame that problem as well.

I wouldn't sell knowingly to an investor. Investment properties are part of why our housing is so unaffordable to normal people. It's being pumped up by a lot of factors, but investors putting down crazy offers for long term profits keeps shutting families (esp young ones) out of the market.
This! There so many people making offers that not selling to an investor isn’t the hardest choice. Most other sellers are willing to come close just might not be all cash
One of the biggest parts of unaffordable housing has to do with America not building enough homes after the 2008 recession
then you're essentially paying for a part of some random's house
@@CliffordJDominique No it’s not lol. Where was the housing “shortage” in Feb 2020? There wasn’t….
i understand where youre coming from, and its definitely an issue. however the pumping up effect is mostly from economic issues and housing demands, not from investors alone. for example the condo market has far less demand right now but prices rise at a near-identical rate as homes, and investors buy condos very often, thus in that case we see that investors alone are not the issue. alot of people who have like 1-4 rental properties are really bettering their own lives and thats a huge and accessible way of doing so. thats honestly my goal in my life. its technically illegal to discriminate/profile people based on what you think someones intention is with properties. just food for thought! i do think corporate ownership is quite a tough issue with housing, becauae that type of ownership is more sweeping and scoops up tons of properties at once (like bigger apartment buildings).
This guy is a walking stereotype of a young tech bro in Austin.
🔥✌💯
Why do so many rich people buy cheap junky food, and act like buying healthy food is a waste of money
You're right, I should start to look at healthier food options. Although Google does provide really healthy food.
I don’t even watch cnbc make it no more, I just wait for graham to react
Graham thinks a software engineer at Google works 9-5 😂 if only he knew
True, it is definitely not like he described but it is pretty good.
Graham every episode: “I would have nothing to complaint about”
Also Graham: *complains about having nothing to complaint about*
hey he has to find something to complain about
He's a software engineer...his day doesn't end at 5pm each and every day
lol do you mean it's normally earlier or later??
@@dallassteven later
Depends on if he’s on call or not.
@@albinosh4dow Not only that, but as a good software engineer you have to always code or think about code. Software Engineers have a higher Burn Out rate than MDs
I think I’m probably living on 30k a year here in Austin, Tx 😂
The next main channel video will be “Why I’m Leaving RUclips To Work For Google”
Living out in Austin as a software engineer as well. The way prices have risen here on everything is crazy since I moved here mid pandemic during fall of 2020!
yikes!
Same. I’m down near Tesla and my complex tried to raise my rent $800/mo
I work out of Austin and in tech too and promised them to move from Dallas. I’m going to stay as long as I can or come never since prices are astronomical now.
Graham smashed the like button so hard he bruised himself!
I’m from Texas, went to UT in Austin. Now live in Rootstown, OH (where he’s from) for medical school. Crazy.
Gram do a millennial money on jack and Alex that would be golden
agreed!!
React to MissTiffanyMas Coachella spending vid!! 💕
My biggest fear is that I look awkward doing anything, just like this guy.
Wow! Great advice, "If you have a problem, surround yourself with people that don't have that problem." Thank you, what a cool guy!
I was waiting on your reaction to this one!
Been with you since the beginning. You no longer make videos like you used to. Don’t let the money keep changing you
@4:00 You also might care that your buyer is not an investor if you have a become good friends with some of your neighbors and you don't want to negatively effect their lives.
For me, personally, if I'm in a fortunate position to help someone, then I should help them. So, for her girlfriend's sister, I think it's awesome for him that he's helping.
Yes, it would've been potentially a bad sign if his girlfriend forced the issue. But I think that's just the internet jumping to conclusions on a situation we know very little about. And good that she replied to clear it up.
Pretty much, outside looking in, it would look like she was using him.
Thanks for teaching me enough to make it to Millennial Money Graham!
Bro did you just admit to creating a bot/macro in RuneScape and selling it? I’m pretty sure you could get in legal trouble for that LMAO
@@AP-uk4di they have bigger fish to fry man. Some people make 100k's and they go after the creators of the bot platforms usually, not the scripters
Dang is this the legend himself?
@@tjvroom7076 yes sir :)
@@AP-uk4di Why are you trying to be a snitch bro?
Austin, TX is skyrocketing in cost. Thanks to Tech salaries 😬 it’s the SF of the 90’s and Seattle of the 2012’s+
Although that medical pod investment is a terrible idea lol
I used to gold farm on runescape made a fee thousand and used it to upgrade my pc to do more but then the gold prices crumbled.
Graham… Is that a boxing bruise i see?? Thats so badass dude hell ya🔥🔥🔥
G baby at it again with another episode of millennial money . We appreciate you g man ! Thanks for the inspo!
This guy with his comments on grahams stuff lol
More to come!
Saw you at selling sunset lol, you just there to 😃. That’s awesome
As a RuneScape player, I am triggered that you made a bot to play the game for you!
Where I live houses in "disrepair" cost $2 million it's sad
Yes Millenial money is back 💯🔥
WOOHOO
Very educational
thank you!
the playground b roll was hilarious hahaha
Hahhaah I thought so too 🤣
Hey Graham what's with the big bruise on your left arm? You ok? LOL
Okay im convinced that he is you in another body… LOL!
SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON! -Graham's alt account
So glad to see a software engineer at a big tech company, because it's a category that contains a massive amount of the folks who are high income and young, but don't necessarily come from a wealthy family.
Definitely
What happened to Graham’s Elbow?
Why is it black?
Always love the millennial money reactions! They help me know what to do/not do to be financially successful, Thanks Graham for the quality uploads!
That’s a belter of a bruise on your forearm Graham 😬 great video as per 👍🏼
haha it's dust from the table!
@@TheGrahamStephanShow is that like walking into a pole for a neck hicky?
13:00 he be watching graham's shorts
That left forearm bruise though Graham.. what happened, lifting too much?
Great video, thank you
I’m surprised he missed his cameo 😂😂😂
Me too! I tried to get him and MeetKevin in there
Envy his work schedule!!👀
:)
THIS WAS AN AMAZING REACTION!
I AGREE :)
Love these videos so much! There's nothing more interesting than watching the way other people live haha ... aside from maybe watching you react to watching the way other people live :P
Lol. I know. I wouldn’t watch a lot of these videos, but him reaction to them? Yes.
As much as I love millennial money,I would like to see more innovative or alternative careers. Does get a little boring to watch a fang tech earn 300 k a year with no expenses talk about his life.
I thoroughly enjoyed the one a few weeks back that went from a stock trader to starting their own media and information channels.
I agree!
As an avid RuneScape player I disapprove of him contributing to the rampant botting problem. Good money though.
hmmm
I'm convinced all programmers have played RuneScape when they were young. I got into programming because of that game and heard similar stories where I work now
@@PepperAddict it's how I got into programming. Spent more time on building bots than the bots played
screening out investors to buy your home isn’t a bad idea if you want top dollar. A lot of times investors won’t reveal that they’re investors and waste your time because they aren’t looking to pay retail.
Nice video Graham , and he seems like a cools dude. Is that a bruise on your arm?
My question too
you should react to 'whistlindiesel' - makes my cheap thrifty self have an aneurysm
his whole selling point is mainly 'buy something expensive and then wreck it' lol
Let’s go I’ve been waiting for this
awesome!
Is that a bruse on Grahams elbow?....... Someone's beating him?😳😳
I cant imagin Graham in a 9to5 job... he is to much a hustler
that house isn't worth 638k. I live in San Antonio and built a better house this year for 88k less. I didn't have to overbid like the used house market.
The same Floorplan recently sold for mid 700's near us. It is a crazy market.
@@BlueCybertruck who's the builder for the community? I built a David Weekley house down here in SA.
I know you said you live in Austin but do you actually live in Austin or do you live outside of Asutin like Manor, Pflugerville?
it said pflugerville. I have a buddy at work that bought a house that looks to be the same area for that price.
Addicted to these videos
secretly a cat 💀😭
SHOUTOUT TO THE RUNESCAPE PLUG
15:07 The moment he showed him watching a Graham Stephan video, I knew this moment would come
Same 😂
Is that bruise from Michael Reeves?
How did he not get a cease and desist order for runescape bot, I got one from bigpoint before with a less popular game.
Grahams looking big for the Creator Clash!!!!!!
Keep it up, your looking great!
First time being this early, great video as usual!
Yay! Thank you!
2:42 does anyone else notice that big bruise. What happened gram?
happy to see graham finally transition to seeing time as an asset that is spent. (compared to pinching every last penny at all costs)
I agree, not like Dave Ramsey
True
graham cameo aye
We want this guy on the iced coffee hour podcast
Sign me up 🔥
I think you two should be friends Graham!
Time: 1:50
Graham: “Oh Man!”
Is that bruise on your arm from boxing.
Great vid man love frm da 6ix
:)
Graham in the computer, such a coincidence
I'm a 27 year old full time gamer living in Austin and i've really been considering making one of these vids just hoping Graham reacts to it....hmmm maybe
That'd be dope!
Next video: Graham showing us his cat taco merch...
tiktok is about to crack down on the financial advice creators. Id react to some of their terrible advice before theyre all gone
His AI doctor/surgeon idea is bold. Definitely going to take millions of dollars and hundreds of scientists to pull that off.
It's definitely something I may not be alive when it is achieved but I hope to be on a team that contributes significantly towards it
Hey Gram could you please give us a list of some books to read for investing, saving, making money, entrepreneurship…etc I would greatly appreciate it I seriously don’t read but I’m really interested in this kinda thing and know you have read great books that can help a lot of people. Keep up the great work your more then an influencer your a life changer.
Miss Tiffany ma made a video of how much she spent at Coachella
is that a bruise on Grahams arm ?

LOL he identifies as a cat maybe lol
Ooooo ready to see it lol I live in austin
glad his girlfriend commented and set the record straight!
Did ghram not realize that he was watching his Own short?
Is there a clip missing from this video? 4:25 to 5:16 lacks context.
Yea, you can find it in the original cnbc video
Excellent
Lets go 💪
enjoy!
Nice content
What’s on your left elbow Graham. If you’re being held hostage blink twice
Correction if he lived in CA he would be paid significantly more* and have to pay income taxes.
A NEWSLETTER !?, that s so smart. I bet you got the idea from Alex Hormonzi :))
2:46 bruise??
