It's clear that she adores Amy, but what many might not know is that when Amy took the
stage as her 'Back to Black' album won 'Album Of The Year', if you look at the frontal,
up close audience you'll see a young girl screaming in delight. That girl was Adele !

Because children were there? Otherwise I think the raw poignant essence of the song is diminished without the unadulterated lyrics.
She also sang it earlier at 11 at the Muse in City Festival in Seoul, likely using a backing track from her performance with the KORK musicians.
Angelina wrote this in the description for her 2016 version of "Back to Black" with KORK at age 10.
So here it is, We recorded this yesterday with amazing orchestra KORK. My version of "Back to Black by Amy Winehouse" I had 1 day to change the lyrics, hope you like my version!
Angelina's handwritten lyrics for that video deserved to be in a museum or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

As of 10:46am PST on 8/3/24, the Aurelien Froissart TikTok video with Angelina has over 9.8M views! Nice to see the differences between each performance of the song. She never sings a song the same way twice. They did tease that if people wanted a part 2 between both artists, so hopefully that will be the case....
Right now it's 9.9M AF TT, 575K AJ TT, And 3.5M on their shared reel on Instagram (!) so as Angelina stated in her reel on Instagram the total is about 14M or probably over that by now.

Great composition Alan! Thank you! Yes, it’s amazing how talented Angelina is! What I read in the violinist’ facial expression in her 10 y old performance is respect, and “how is it possible for such a young child to sing like that”. It could be interpreted in other ways, so I’m interested to know how other people read it 😊
I felt the same way, Adriaan, that the violinist was surprised and impressed to hear a young child sing like that.

I can't help but think, in 10 years when she is in her prime & is one of the biggest stars ever, those hand written pages of alternate lyrics she wrote in less than 24 hours for her 10 yo performance with the KORK Orchestra, will be worth mega bucks in an auction to raise money for poor children. I hope those types of artifacts are safely locked away by her family. Just sayin'!!!

Alan... in my opinion she sang "laugh" seven times at the end but she actually sang it like she really meant "black"... she knew it was a substitution.
The poor soul of Amy writing these disturbing words is hard to take. Because of her reputation I was never a fan. I did however appreciate Rehab. Angelina’s version of that song is hart warming.

There's so little melody in the monotone verses. Great in a small venue club, but not in a huge train station. She's stepped away from the Amy hair, now she needs to step away from the heavy vocal fry. LDLMG would have been a better choice.....for a train station.
