Rupert will be fine, He can buy Fox studios back off Disney for half of what he's sold it. With the Hulu deal soon set to expire. Disney is in need of some emergency funds
I doubt that will happen anytime soon. Disney and for that matter MANY media conglomerates are extremely protective of their IPs. They were rather sit on them while having no direct use for them until their businesses go bankrupt than sell them off or even license them for that matter.
It’ll be hilarious seeing how he’d handle the Marvel stuff though unless Disney kept the X-Men. Because the last two FOX films were nothing to really talk about and their handling was poor at best. The only thing that would keep it alive are the Avatar films, Kings Men, and their TV shows. Which would be a major loss to Disney Plus if the Simpsons leaves, because I’m not convinced the service is really getting much usage beyond their big hits. I can’t really think of any Fox movie I’ve actually seen in a theatre besides the latest Avatar. The last X-Men I seen was in 2014. Their other movies just aren’t interesting like the other studios. Honestly doubt Murdoch would take FOX made shows off Hulu because that’s free money basically. But I could see him taking the Sony route streaming wise than a dedicated service. Even though he owns Tubi, I can’t foresee it being made into an umpteenth paid single studio streaming service that will flop in a few years. Probably will distribute everything to the main services that exist and with Netflix downsizing its animation portfolio, I could see him bringing back FOX Animation Studios in some capacity. Guess that means there’d be a Book of Life sequel or an El Tigre reboot that properly combines Jorge Gutierrez’s fractured universe from his work into a single cohesive whole. Beyond their other animated properties like Ice Age and so on. If he really wanted to screw Disney, he could take all the FOX library to one of their competitors. Which would be hilarious.

You've been watching too much fox news
Said the spokesperson for the Trump family.@@awlex
They are called dynasties or Royalty. It's been around a long time, doesn't seem to be going away any time soon.
Go Wolk, Go Brolk.
I sure wish Smartmatic would get a move on.
oh yaaaaaaaa, thats what ive been waiting to hear, wooo lets go baby
GoJo is going to come in with a big offer.
Crickey. Could you turn down the volume on the swear beep? I was listening to this while driving, which required me to put my volume up some, yeah? The beep is mixed differently from the rest of the video and put me in physical pain. Like that seriously hurt with how loud it was.
Yeah, it’s about time America’s lawsuit happy nature did something useful.
The main issue they have is they let tucker go, that was a disaster for the entire channel plus all of legacy media is dying.
Woke can’t broadcast truth
Wow, that's JUST not 25% ad in one video!
Want my opinion, no Australian should have any sway on American politics, especially when the one running it is living in Australia. Sell it and don’t come back
Please don't call it x
Ah yes, News Corp. The 21st century's cancer.
What a sick thing to say all because someone thinks different to you. 🥜job
Good video but please balance the sound a little more. That bleep out at 5:03 was stupidly loud for earphone users.
They got rid of the guy who was keeping them popular.
No, not that Georgia. Grammarly waters down them standards.
I've enjoyed TLDR for a long time. Thought it best to get the paper
The Murdich family is involved in Tubi!? I can't tell you how disappointed I am to learn this.
Tubi app purged from all my devices.
Same here.
On invented titles: Is there any titlle that isn´t invented? And what is the alternative? God given?!?
Tucker is just like Glen Beck. No fox means that they are nobodies.
Tucker is doing very well on social media, he's getting millions of views on Twitter and RUclips.
Yeah finding info and doing a video about Obama is secretly gay claimed by some dude who looks like he came from the deep south. Real good journalism Tucker @-@
Fox needed Tucker more than Tucker needs Fox. Fox was a sinking ship anyways.
It is sad to see comments that lack insight and deductive reasoning. Fox has obviously become a propaganda tool of D.C., which masquerades as conservative while purposely omitting what is really happening in our great country and around the world.
@@Peglegkickboxermillions of "views". Everyone knows Twitter's metrics are bullshit.

"Eldest Boy"... was that a subtle Succession reference?
just give the business to the most conservative and innovative. Don't split it 4 ways.
Rupert Murdoch is the 21st century version of William Randolph Hearst.
Brilliant article
Next time I would focus on advertising, rather than viewership, to define their primary success metric.
That makes the lest amount of money for the channel. They make the most money from getting the channel syndicated - I am sure TLDR did a video on where the money comes from
@@wakaisgoodthey literally lost 700 million dollars and their most popular host because they lie constantly. They have high viewership because they say things people want to hear and galvanize their audience.

Wow, kinda agree on Murdoch on his comments and assessment of Hannity though.
