That's a nice balance of power video, but, we know the characters sitting on the Iron throne truly didn't have all the power!
True enough! I wanted to give the #1 spot to whoever was actively sitting on the throne, even if they were weak rulers like Tommen who was controlled by those around him.

Eddard Stark actually sat on throne in one episode, you should have put him on the top for that episode
