Purchase this last year but just opened it , yesterday , I couldn’t get it to leave a smooth surface, with both nozzles, it leaves a drywall texture like finish, too bad I can’t return it anymore, I think the problem is the air coming out the the turbine is really hot and is drying paint right at the nozzle

We'd be happy to help you with this! The iSpray nozzle is designed to leave a roller-like finish so what we'd recommend is adjusting the settings, using the Detail Finish nozzle if you want a smooth finish, and thin the paint by 10%. You're also welcome to call us at 1-800-328-8251 for assistance!

I just purchased one of these 4 days ago. Im getting ready to use it for the 1st time.
I have read thru the manual and check out some videos for tips.
I think mainly the disappointments I am seeing is the paint viscosity. if this is wrong, trouble begins.
Think about it, can an air compressor push a golf ball thru a hose? Thick material is hard to push.
Will post back here after I use it.

Hello! Thanks for choosing the Wagner FLEXiO 3500. You're absolutely correct about the importance of paint viscosity; it is crucial for optimal performance. The FLEXiO 3500 is designed to handle a variety of paints and stains, but for thicker materials, thinning may be necessary according to the manufacturer’s recommendations on the paint can. If you need guidance on thinning or have any questions as you set up, feel free to reach out. We're here to help and look forward to hearing about your experience. Happy painting!

I actually found a few video's about thinning with the Wagner and followed her guide lines, which I started @ 10%.(Behr Exterior paint, was very thick)
      That worked out very well.
I painted both my single garage doors.
      They came out very nice!!
I think the bad reviews on Wagner 3500, people are just lazy to read/ search the proper way to used this stray gun.
You must know what all the setting do. I am NOT a professional Painter.
      Very happy with the Product!

Purchased on March 30th from Lowes in Canada. Can't even use it because the turbine had no air filter in it. On top of that it came with a different iSPRAY nozzle (flow control on the trigger like the detail nozzle) than is shown in every image and video I can find. Haven't been able to find anywhere that sells replacement filters. Very disappointing purchase.

Hello, Jordan! Is it possible you purchased a returned or used unit? The filter comes installed on the sprayer in new units and should come with an iSpray nozzle and Detail Finish nozzle. Please call us at 1-800-328-8251 for assistance

I bought One and I am very very disappointed in this sprayer. It doesn't perform well, spits paint after adjustment. I'm a very unhappy customer right now

Hello Cory! We are sorry to hear this and would love to help you get it working properly. What material and which nozzle are you using? The iSpray nozzle should not require thinning, and the Detail Finish nozzle may need some thinning. Regardless, we recommend straining/filtering your material prior to spraying to remove any imperfections that could clog the sprayer. Here is a video on spraying tips you may find helpful: ruclips.net/video/kbG3BYeoSjE/видео.html If you still want assistance, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-328-8251.

I recommend everyone buys one. Once you buy it, painting with a roller will never feel so good and painting will never feel like a chore. Why? Because the sprayer is more hassle than it's worth.

I doubt they even own one of these. I guarantee this person bought an airless, couldn’t figure it out, and wrote off all sprayers. I own this, and was sending the video to one of my employees. We finish painting in 2 days for our rentals with this. Day one, one person rolls ceilings while I spray all the trim, doors, ect. Day two I refinish the kitchen cabinets in ONE day with the detail nozel while the other person rolls the walls. Training him on it now so I can take myself out of the loop.
Wagner customer support is fantastic, I posed a question on your site about power cords and amperage two months ago and under 24 hours someone replied.
I had a GRACO years ago, and it was overly complicated and stopped working because I didn’t clean it properly. I was going to buy the Wagner Tall boy on the next property, but I just found out Titian owns Wagner so I might upgrade.
You know if I can use Dry-Lock in the flexio 3500?

    • @Wagner-Spraytech
      @Wagner-Spraytech  Год назад

We're so glad you're loving your Wagner sprayer! Thank you for sharing your experience. In regards to the Dry-Lock: We'd recommend upgrading to a Titan or Wagner airless paint sprayer to handle that material. It's also important to look at the recommended application method as some Dry Lock recommends application by brush or roller. In addition, the material needs to have a minimum flash point of 100 degrees Fahrenheit as we don't recommend spraying flammable materials in our sprayers.

I have experience with spray guns and no matter what you do you cannot get this thing to spray smooth for interior trim. I even tried diluting paint with water and flowtrol. Biggest piece of crap I ever bought by far.

I bought this set at Menard for $185 and its not worth it. I only got it for 1 week and it totally a wasted of money. it started to not working, the paint won't come out when spraying. I took the nozzle off to clean it, when spraying the paint came out so thick. Just FYL careful when cleaning the gasket (RED RING LOOKING THING) I lost the gasket and its so hard to find a replacement for it. they do not sale it in store at all and its so expensive buying it online, not worth the price. There's a lot to it but to make it short, I would not recommend it. Im so disappointed at Wagner 3500.
