Hi, If you have custom page templates saved on your workspace, and you share the workspace, all templates created by you are automatically visible to all users that have access to the workspace.
Check in the SharePoint admin center if sharing with guests is turned on. In the case sharing with guests is allowed in SharePoint but still doesn't work, it is probably because is not yet available on your Tenant
Hi try to enable the preview of Loop clicking on the wheel icon to open settings in the upper right corner, but in any case it's a matter of time before shows up

This depends on the settings that you have on your Tenant, you should talk with your IT Admins
