for me the weather during mid november is perfect! it ranges from 12-18 degrees celsius which allowed me to only have one layer underneath and my jacket/sweater/coat! 🤍 i would say scarves are optional-maybe the thinner ones! but the weather was refreshing. not freezing at all :) excited for your tokyo trip! you will love it ❤️
