Mylo. Amazing content. Super informative and you explain it simple and easy. Man. This is a game changer. I’ve been pressing shirts with outsourced transfers. But I have screen print experience and been wanting to invest in my own set up and into making my own transfers. Do you have a round about number of a shelf life for the screen printed transfers? Or do you need to press them immediately after screen printing on the transfer sheet?

When laying down a multi color transfer, I assume that you lay the colors down in the opposite order of how you would apply it to a shirt or other direct print substrate, correct?

    Great video!
I’m reaserching if I could do I white base screen print and sublimate cmyk on top.
Just wondering could it be the cmyk process didn’t work on the black t-shirt, because you did not add white ink in the back of it all?
So the design did not have a white base?
I’m wondering if the ink process should be reversed as the image will be transferred in mirror, maybe black should be transferred first, then the colors, then white, so when it’s transferred on the t-shirt, the color order is inverted leaving the white as a first layer and so on…

I will admit to being confused. It seems that the transfer requires twice as much work as simply screen printing?
You have to screen print onto the transfer and then after the powder process, you have to heat press the transfer onto the garment. When would you want to do this rather than just screen printing?
