In this video I restored a bosch impact drill.
I received it in the box and during assembly I noticed that the engine was burnt.

yo lo tengo desde hace 10 años, y ya es el segundo motor cambio, me empieza a salir humo y ya luego funciona bien...si vuelve a fallar lo tiro y no compro nada de Bosch..😢

Thanks for the video. But I am still very disappointed with the the short amount of time and very occasional usage. It now makes me think twice when looking at any of Bosch products of which previously always being satisfied.

I feel exactly the same. I dont understand why Bosch would risk its normally very good reputation making a cheap product like this. I have been using the professional products both with cord and cordless at work for four decades with little to no problem. I personal think they should either refund us or give us the replacement parts at very discounted price. The cost for the replacement, postal and work is simply not worth it in my mind. In addition to how long is it going to last this time. Not happy 🙁 really not happy ☹️

The green ones are semi-professional, hobby that are made only for a short use, maybe too short, and the blue ones are professional for a long use.

There is a lip seal in front of the tool holder bearing that you didn't put in the right place.. This lip seal remained under the black cap. Check the schematics before work. And this grease is not suitable, there is a special grease for this purpose.

My Uneo - seems like the sale model - broke down today and it seems like an engine failure too from what I see and smell...
What you're doing here is "extra stuff" to ensure better function (and I guess the red paste is dedicated grease to reduce friction?)?
I'm not used to diy repair or power/electrical tools so I'm a bit nervous 😅.
