Nmixx actually has probably one of the hardest ggs choreos to date. Like they are top 3 rn. ESPECIALLY their debut era choreos, O.O and Dice and they did the dice choreo in HEELS
Their isolations and synchronicity is INSANE.
Crying in Kyujin/Jiwoo/Haewon.. these three have some of the strongest dance skills in 4th Gen.

What is ggs?
Looking at the mv you mught think the choreo is a bit not energetic or just HAND STUFF but , if you see the dance practice, THE CHOREO IS THEIR BEST , THE ISOLATION, THE FOOTWORK THAT ISNT SEEN IN THE MV IS ALL . Its so damn hard , i learned it
And plus, they sing live while doing the practice...

As a former dancer.. it’s crazy to hear someone saying NMIXX’s choreo/execution isn’t it. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, and you are super respectful about it which is lovely. But IMO they have some of the most complex choreo of all the girl groups, and they execute it so well especially because they actually sing live while they are dancing unlike most Kpop groups.
Also keep in mind.. this a B side. It’s not a title track. Not every choreo has to be fully hype to show off strong dance skills. MVs aren’t the place to see choreo. Check out their dance/stage practices because they are next level. The girls’ isolations are crazy, they are so synchronised it’s insane, their imagery/levels are gorgeous and the way they subtlety adjust their body positions to accomodate breathing for the singing reflects excellent body awareness and evidence of top notch training.

plenty of isolations in dancing is real hard, nmixx ate this choreo up. I must say, variety of dances exist, not just sharpness.

NMIXX isn't known as a dance heavy group, but they aren't below average either. I wonder if it was a production problem with that MV, because I agree that some dance scenes are a bit rough. The Soñar MV scenes you were noticing were shot at a location, looks like early morning to get that "golden hour" light. They were losing light. It was probably cold, which makes dancing harder. It looked like a big cast of dancers, also, which takes more time to recycle for takes. Maybe they just didn't end up shooting enough quality takes, and they had to use what they had.

You should watch the dance performance
Definitely look at a stage practice or dance practice. Or a live stage
Lily (pink hair) is the strongest female vocalist going. she is fearless. you might want to watch their music bank / music core performance
NMIXX are known for "mixing it up" with their songs with beat changes. "Love Me Like This" is one of their earlier hits.
This group tends to be amazing with their dancing. Also their dance practice videos are insane they usually do live vocals during them its nuts!
They say “Come a so-soñar”, the spanish is only “a soñar”. The correct translation would be “come to dream” haha.
And this is one of their best choreos, what do you meaaaan?😭😭😭
Nmixx has one of the best and most creative choreographies among the upcoming girl groups. I highly recommend the stage practice version of Soñar ruclips.net/video/4_vzrcxpT4I/видео.html . Also, their performance in award ceremonies is Lit !

Nmixx is a bomber they're underrated cuz they don't choose easylistening song for their title so
i highly recommend you their dance or stage practices (stage practice is when they also sing while dancing so imo it's better to watch than the regular dance practice) so you can see the complexity of their choreos
It's Mixxpop, the whole concept behind Nmixx, mixing genres and hoping for the best.
Nmixx is by far my favourite 4th Gen Kpop group, but that concept is sooo risky their songs sometimes miss the mark.
But even when the mix doesn't quite work, it's always new and interesting.
Nmixx is not easy to appreciate, most songs require a couple of listens, but for someone like me who is a bit tired of the same old EDM techno pop Kpop has been using for the past 10 years, it's very refreshing and frankly incredibly ballsy.
NMIXX is a vocal group. Their choreo is centered around them singing live. So they so far have not had any dances that make it hard for them to sing live. Hope that makes since. All their songs have a change up that some dont like because it throws them off the original beat. Yes the dance may seem lame to some but its done that way for a reason.

Do the stage practice videos; in the MVs you can't always see the choreo. Also, not hear it - they go full live vocals during their practices, raw, no mic or post production.
