That was some serious productivity! It can be tough fitting in the quality time when you do your own horse care. I love strimming (weed whacking in the US) because it gives IMMEDIATE results. So gratifying! I love how Estrid is so energetic, but not at all nasty or bratty. No bucking or rearing when she feels feisty. You've done such a great job bringing her along!
Dragged myself into being productive today despite not feeling it, was lovely to have some company! Definitely can see a huge contrast in Estrid upon arrival compared to last year, still super curious and observant but a lot more calm indeed. Also great to see you two on the gallops, her exuberance is so sweet - I'm sure Tissy had a chuckle at hearing how fast you went when Estrid filled her in at home, with her experience she knows all about pacing ^ ^

Thanks! I love that about her too, she never truly 'explodes', she tries so hard to hold it together.
